Ogni anno ci pensano loro a ricordare tramite sms la scadenza della manutenzione e l'appuntamento si può prenotare anche tramite whatsapp. Anche quest'anno il tecnico che è venuto a casa è stato professionale ed educato. Li ho contattati per un guasto alla caldaia e già al telefono sono stati gentili nel trovarmi subito la disponibilità. Sulla riparazione ho verificato l'originalità dei ricambi poiché mio marito se ne intende. Cosi ho fatto fare anche la sanificazione ai miei climatizzatori occupandosi anche di questo. Ci tengo però a segnalare in particolare il tecnico Luca, che oggi, oltre a fare il suo lavoro con puntualità, professionalità e cortesia, mi ha anche dato un paio di consigli per dei problemi con il lavandino e la lavastoviglie e che mi sono tornati utilissimi. Ci tengo quindi a ringraziarlo "pubblicamente" e dico che se ci fossero più persone che lavorano con questo spirito sarebbe davvero un mondo migliore.
