1. door/ keylock broken. Repair didn’t happen as told.
2. wifi not available - not in apartment, not on balcony, not on parking area
3. a/c - on extra charge
4. the prescription on Airbnb says one bed room and one shared room, but it’s only one shared room.
It’s not a bed- it’s a combined sofa and bed.
5. equipment in the apartment: furniture, kitchen equipment or bath accessories is broken, dirty or missing
E.g. old and dirty towels, no big towels, no kitchen knife, dish dirty, only 2 glasses, only 1 big coffee cup, furniture broken (in apartment and terrace), furniture strong used or broken)
6. Cleaning really bad
7. mold and water damage
