★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wichtige Tankstelle mit Bedienung bei der so gut wie alle Tank Karten akzeptiert werden. Während die Gruppen Pisa besichtigen, kann man hier gemütlich auftanken.
Important gas station with service where almost all tank cards are accepted. While the groups visit Pisa, you can recharge your batteries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State attenti alla differenza prezzi tra il "fai da te" (Self 24h) ed il servito (0,18 €nel mio caso) che si fa fatica a riconoscere se non si guarda proprio bene ed il personale chiaramente non informa in riguardo.
Purtroppo queste "tattiche" non sono proibite.
Beware of the price difference between the "do it yourself" (Self 24h) and the served (€ 0.18 in my case) that it is difficult to recognize if you do not look very good and the staff clearly does not inform about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diversi giudizi negativi. Personalmente quando devo fare il pieno di gasolio e aver fatto confronti con i molti distributori limitrofi, questo esercizio “fai da te” risulta quasi sempre vincente. Non ho mai avuto problemi con i gestori perciò non posso contestare alcunché.
Several negative judgments. Personally, when I have to fill up with diesel and have made comparisons with the many neighboring distributors, this "do it yourself" exercise is almost always a winner. I've never had any problems with the managers so I can't dispute anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono passata in questa stazione di servizio di rientro a Milano dalle vacanze, mi sono dovuta fermare a fare benzina perché ero ormai a secco. Ho messo 20 euro nel distributore che però non mi ha erogato il carburante e mi ha lasciato uno scontrino per credito non utilizzato. Sono tornata a Milano... e qui le stazioni Tamoil si rifiutano di erogare il credito. Il call center Tamoil, tra l'altro tramite la voce di una ragazza molto maleducata, ha pure confermato che non erano tenute a farlo (ah bene! Un'azienda seria la Tamoil!). Quindi ho chiamato Pisa: il titolare della stazione di servizio pare una persona sensata e onesta, perché si è preso le mie coordinate bancarie e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto un bonifico. Ora... il bonifico lo devo ancora ricevere, perché ci siamo sentiti da poco. Ma qui tutti piuttosto maleducati e lui invece appena ci ho parlato "ci mancherebbe, le faccio subito un bonifico". Onesto e gentile. L'ho molto apprezzato e ho detto: prima che mi passa di mente, devo assolutamente scrivere almeno una buona recensione per premiare l'onestà e gentilezza di quest'uomo. Se ripasso da quelle parti andrò a fare benzina appositamente da lui.
When I went to this service station to return to Milan from the holidays, I had to stop for petrol because I was now dry. I put 20 euros in the vending machine, which however did not dispense me with fuel and left me with an unused credit receipt. I went back to Milan ... and here the Tamoil stations refuse to disburse the credit. The Tamoil call center, among other things through the voice of a very rude girl, also confirmed that they were not required to do so (well ah! A serious Tamoil company!). So I called Pisa: the owner of the service station seems a sensible and honest person, because he took my bank details and told me that he would make a bank transfer. Now ... I still have to receive the bank transfer, because we have just heard from each other. But here all rather rude and he instead as soon as I spoke to him "we would miss him, I will immediately make a bank transfer". Honest and kind. I really appreciated it and I said: before I can think of it, I absolutely have to write at least one good review to reward the honesty and kindness of this man. If I go back over there I will go to make petrol specially from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un dependiente muy amable nos llenó el depósito y nos preguntó si íbamos a ver la ciudad. Como dijimos que sí, nos invitó a dejar la autocaravana aparcada en una sombra junto a la gasolinera. Que allí estaría más segura, nos dijo.
Y efectivamente así fue. De hecho, por accidente, nos dejamos la puerta de atrás abierta y no nos faltó nada en el interior.

A very friendly clerk filled up our tank and asked us if we were going to see the city. As we said yes, he invited us to leave the motorhome parked in a shade next to the gas station. That she would be safer there, she told us.
And indeed it was. In fact, by accident, we left the back door open and we were not missing anything inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience ! My second day in Italia. We visited Pisa and all were fine. I need to take gas so I came to this station. I fullfiled my tank and went to pay. I saw that the price was 1,59€/l at the pump but at 1,43€/l at the billboard. I asked the guy why this difference. The guy told me that this pump is more expensive because he needs to fullfiled our tank and not the customer. But he told me "I did not see you". His desk is just in front of the pump at 3 meters. He clearly saw me ! I told him. I did your job so I didn't want to pay for the higher price. He refused and charged me with the higher price. It is not a question of amount but principle. I won't come back in a Tamoil !
