Alors moi j'ai été très déçu. J'ai mis un billet pour prendre de l'essence, et la pompe n'a pas fonctionné. Sa m'a sorti un reçu valable 10 jours. Suite a cela j'ai pris l'autoroute où j'ai trouvé directement une station esso. Quand j'ai montré le ticket a la caissière, elle m'a dit que cette station est connue pour ça.

Devo dire che mi sono casualmente fermato in questo distributore.... ci stava una signora credo il gestore... al momento del pagamento ho argomentato una questione riguardo i punti.... e sinceramente mi ha risposto in modo freddo scocciato e molto lontano da ogni forma di gentilezza.... non mi ci fermerò certamente più....

The worst petrol station, especially if you are a foreigner. If you are - take my word for it and keep away from this place. There are other petrol stations in the nieghbourhood - go there. Don't get yourself robbed by this ESSO so called 'petrol station'. PLEASE FIND MY DETAILED EXPLANATION BELOW: I had to tank my car in the early morning. I had to use self service, as nobody is there at 6AM. It is impossible to use any card VISA/MASTERCARD DEBIT/CREDIT (exception is some Italian ATM card) and the pump interface works only in Italian (no english or other language whatsoever). As there was a pump malfunction (the devices are very old, dirty and probably it is high likely that there will be a malfunction if you use it as well). As a result, my 50 EURO bill has been kept, no fuel given. All I got was a receipt saying that I need to go to the station within 10 days to get my money back. As I was having my flight from Pisa Airport back home within two hours, I kept a receipt and contacted ESSO right after I was in my country. I thought this is a professional company. How big was my suprise: ESSO online customer service didn't even bother to send me any reply. For more than two months now. So we contacted the station to get to know how we can get our money back. We called a number of times but there were never a person in charge on the site. The manager was supposed to call back but she never did. So, dear manager: good luck with spending this 50 Euro that doesn't belong to you, I hope you are happy with having some tourist cheated. So, dear customer: if you want to support cheaters (or if you want to get robbed as well) use this petrol station. If not, just go to the opposite side of the street - there is another petrol station there. To make it 100% clear: there has been more than two months already, as I'm waiting for their reaction to our e-mails and phonecalls. I think it is more than enough to call back or do anything. Especially if you are coming from a country where customer service is at a high level and there are laws and rules that are actually obeyed and you wouldn't believe it can be the other way round... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
