Ho la percezione di ricaricarmi di energia e di rilassamento proprio grazie ai movimenti del corpo La Scuola offre in un ambiente semplice un insegnamento serio di questa arte marziale cinese che sento agire sulla totalità della mia persona, sia sul mio corpo che sulla mia mente. Vorrei raggiungere un benessere completo coinvolgendo muscoli, polmoni, cuore, respirazione e movimenti del corpo. Non sto attraversando un periodo di vita facile e mi sto aiutando anche grazie al Tai Chi Chuan. La lezione del Martedi alle 18.30 per me principiante e' un momento irrinunciabile . Spero di proseguire senza ostacoli . Lo consiglio socuramente anche per il costo davvero sostenibile. I have the perception of recharging myself with energy and relaxation thanks to the movements of the body The School offers in a simple environment a serious teaching of this Chinese martial art that I feel acting on the totality of my person, both on my body and on my mind. I would like to achieve complete well-being by involving muscles, lungs, heart, breathing and body movements. I am not going through an easy period of life and I am also helping myself thanks to Tai Chi Chuan. The lesson on Tuesday at 18.30 for me as a beginner is an essential moment. I hope to continue without obstacles. I recommend it socurely also for the really sustainable cost.

Con questa disciplina ho imparato a conoscermi e soprattutto conoscere il mio corpo interiore, a controllare le emozioni e gli istinti. La mia grande gioia essendo un disabile è duvuta a questa scuola grazie alla quale riesco a comamdare e far lavorare il mio arto sinistro stimolando conoscere e usando la muscolatura dell"arto.
