Very disappointing for our first evening in italy. The pasta and seafood were nice, but the meat was tasteless and the tiramisu was not home-made and very bad. They had no coffee, which is astounding for an italian restaurant.

Wonderful experience. Was a walk-in on a Saturday and seated outside as a band played on a warm September evening. Servers were kind and professional and spoke varying degrees of English. The gnocchi al pesto was AMAZING and the frittura was hot crispy and evidently had been fried to order. I enjoyed a delicious bottle of local red wine and was able to take the rest of the bottle home--did I mention that this was only 12€? The tiramisu made me want to scream obscenities into the sky it was so good.

Genoa city center, located on a corner facing a tiny square, over the summer it's possible to sit on the street and enjoy the vibe of the fascinating old town. We had some house white wine together with the typical choices from the menu: trenette with pesto, minestrone Genovese and baccalΓ  ligure. Simple, tasty, amazing. Three courses and wine with less than 50€. Worths every cent!

Food is wonderful but the atmosphere is perfect. A simple neighborhood Osteria, the kind you would visit all the time if you lived here. Everybody knows you, a real throw back.

Given the high reviews we expected slightly better. The food was decent for what you would expect at an average trattoria. What disappointed us, was that they didn’t offer house wine by the half-litre or quarter - only be the glass. What was nice is they didn’t charge us for the water or the coperto. It was a shame they didn’t offer payment with card. This seems an oversight in terms of customer convenience.

I called, they said, "come over were not busy" I arrive and they say they're booked. I has the concierge at my hotel call and ask in Italian. They closed at 22:30 and it was 21:32, C'mon, do better. Don't treat me like a tourist!

It was the best pesto pasta I'd ever eaten until I went to another place the next day but it was still BUONO. Portions tiny but the tiramisu made me go "mmmmm yum in my tum"
