La mia esperienza: circa 14 anni fa (quando ne avevo 16) ho preso uno dei primi Yamaha Silent, per la precisione un U2 Silent.
Dopo tutti questi anni di studio è ancora in perfette condizioni, e il silent, che uso spesso, è come nuovo. Sono tornato dopo 14 anni per cambiare banalmente le cuffie che si erano rotte e.... la proprietaria, dopo avermi fatto provare con gentilezza le headphones disponibili, considerandomi come loro cliente (come di fatto sono anche se dopo 14 anni) mi ha offerto le cuffie Yamaha hph-200 -il top- a 30 € in meno rispetto al prezzo di listino, o Amazon.
Davvero onesti, gentili, disponibili e, a questo punto, assai competitivi nei prezzi, per non dire imbattibili.
As we know, Tagliabue is a historic piano seller in Milan.
My experience: about 14 years ago (when I was 16) I took one of the first Yamaha Silent, to be precise a U2 Silent.
After all these years of study it is still in perfect condition, and the silent, which I often use, is like new. I came back after 14 years to trivially change the headphones that had broken and .... the owner, after having kindly tried the available headphones, considering me as their customer (as in fact they are even if after 14 years) offered me the Yamaha hph-200 headphones - the top - at 30 € less than the list price, or Amazon.
Really honest, kind, helpful and, at this point, very competitive in prices, not to mention unbeatable.

Ero in attesa di essere ricontattata sia per la riverniciatura (si trattava di un cm da sistemare, niente di stratosferico) e per un'accordatura. Sto ancora aspettando... dal 2018
In ogni caso bellissimo negozio, ben fornito ed il titolare è molto formato sui prodotti che vende
I asked for a transport. The piano was chipped in the transport and no one answered for the damage.
I was waiting to be contacted both for the repainting (it was a cm to fix, nothing extravagant) and for a tuning. Still waiting ... since 2018
In any case, a beautiful shop, well stocked and the owner is very trained on the products he sells
