Ho comprato un pianoforte e riguardo la mia esperienza raccomando il negozio di musica Longato perché sono stato seguito con attenzione e professionalità durante la scelta dello strumento musicale. In realtà adesso sto aspettando che lo consegnino a casa, e a dire del titolare, il Signor Jean Marie -persona molto gentile- sarebbe pronto in soli 5 giorni a Venezia centro storico (cosa più unica che rara avere la consegna a Venezia centro storico in soli 5 giorni). Per una volta sono stato io a chiedere di ritardare la consegna di 10-15 giorni a causa di un lavoro che sto terminando in casa ? Auguri e complimenti al Signor Jean Marie per il suo lavoro. Recommended. I bought a piano and due to my experience I recommend the Longato music shop because I was followed with care and professionalism when choosing the musical instrument. Actually now I am waiting for them to deliver it at home, and to say of the owner, Mr. Jean Marie - a very kind person - would be ready in just 5 days in Venice historic center (more unique than rare to have delivery in Venice historic center in just 5 days). For once it was I who asked to delay delivery by 10-15 days due to a job that I am finishing at home ? Best wishes and congratulations to Mr. Jean Marie for his work.

Alla fine la scelta è caduta su una Squier. Grazie per il tempo che mi avete dedicato. A proposito il costo? Allineato al mercato. Insomma un 5 stelle meritato. Jean Marie si è dimostrato subito trasparente e preciso nello spiegare le caratteristiche tecniche e timbriche dello strumento che mi accingevo ad acquistare (Yamaha C7) specificando nei dettagli le cose da valutare durante l'acquisto di uno strumento. Ho avuto modo di appurare la passione e assoluta competenza nella gestione dello strumento sotto tutti i punti di vista, in particolare durante la spiegazione della modalità di accordatura e intonatura cui sottopongono lo strumento prima della consegna al cliente. Il servizio è stato poi completato dalla squadra di consegna e montaggio davvero preparata e professionale. Da evidenziare anche la quantità (e qualità) di strumenti disponibili alla prova in negozio. 5 stelle meritate !. L'idea iniziale, a causa della pandemia e del relativo blocco mondiale del mercato, è stata non realizzabile. Con Jean Marie abbiamo trovato un'ottima alternativa e l'abbiamo realizzata. Johnny e Carlo hanno consegnato e messo a punto lo strumento con puntualità, precisione ed efficacia. Serietà e dialogo anche nella parte burocratica. A mio avviso sono una tappa d'obbligo nella ricerca di uno strumento musicale. Tengo il pianoforte acquistato come una reliquia in camera mia e ogni giorno mi esercito. Acquisto ottimo poi ho anche ordinato dei piccoli gadget per dei miei amici: ordine perfetto arrivato con celerità. Negozio da raccomandare per serietà e correttezza. Longato, davvero una persona splendida e non un negoziante che cerca di arricchirsi vendendo prodotti scadenti, qui parliamo di prodotti eccellenti ed impeccabili in tutto, io sono della Sicilia ( Favara in provincia di Agrigento) e all'inizio ero molto impaurito all'idea di comprare un pianoforte senza poterlo provare , specialmente se viene dall'altra punta dell'Italia , ma il sig. Longato è stato davvero super professionale , mi ha tolto tutti i dubbi e mi ha trasmesso subito sicurezza e fiducia parlare con lui del pianoforte. Il pianoforte, uno splendido Yamaha C3 è arrivato oggi dopo una settimana dall'acquisto , il pianoforte è anche meglio di quanto mi aspettassi , il mio tecnico ha avuto modo di analizzare la meccanica ,il mobile e tutto e le sue parole sono state " il pianoforte è impeccabile in tutto, davvero ottimo" , un ringraziamento anche al fratello del sig. Longato che ha preparato il pianoforte in modo straordinario regolandolo eccellentemente in tutto, vi dico solo che dopo aver attraversato un'Italia intera non si è nemmeno scordato , tanto per farvi capire che lavoro è stato fatto . Non ho parole per descrivere quanto sia felice , spero che questa recensione aiuti chi abbia intenzione di acquistare un pianoforte ( e come me vive al sud) state tranquilli , con Longato pianoforti siete in una botte di ferro , ora allegherò qualche foto ma dal vivo rende molto meglio .
