★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le gérant (qui répond aux messages mais qui n'est absolument pas sur place) n'accepte pas qu'on puisse être déçu et n'hésite pas à indiquer qu'il n'a aucune leçon à recevoir de ses clients. Quand on se fait littéralement harceler de messages pour savoir à chaque instant (avant - pendant - après le séjour) et que j'ai malheureusement répondu à l'un d'entre eux, en notant moins bien son personnel, j'ai le droit à un interrogatoire pour qu'il puisse comprendre ce qu'il s'est passé. Le problème? Il ne veut pas entendre les choses négatives. Sa réponse au faite que son personnel soit en retard et ne sache pas nous donner les informations sur le logement et les alentours: le covid. Désolée, mais en 2022 le covid n'est plus la réponse à tout. Il faut savoir former ses équipes et fournir le service que l'on attend, sinon on les remplace par une boite à code et un livret d'accueil pour des réservations Airbnb. Le gérant a ensuite été agressif et n'a pas hésité à laisser un mauvais avis sur ma personne sur Airbnb qui n'était absolument pas fondé quand nous avons été irréprochable sur le logement. Vraiment, je ne le recommande pas.
The manager (who responds to messages but is absolutely not on site) does not accept that we can be disappointed and does not hesitate to indicate that he has no lesson to receive from his customers. When we are literally harassed with messages to know at all times (before - during - after the stay) and that I unfortunately answered one of them, noting his staff less well, I have the right to an interrogation so that he can understand what happened. The problem? He doesn't want to hear negative things. His response to the fact that his staff is late and does not know how to give us information on the accommodation and the surroundings: the covid. Sorry, but in 2022 covid is no longer the answer to everything. You have to know how to train your teams and provide the service you expect, otherwise you replace them with a code box and a welcome booklet for Airbnb reservations. The manager was then aggressive and did not hesitate to leave a bad opinion on my person on Airbnb which was absolutely unfounded when we were irreproachable on the accommodation. Really, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice 40 sqm apartment located in a quiet and elegant residential area, it is equipped with every comfort as well as an absolute privacy given by a private access.
It is a 10-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza della Signoria.
