Ho inviato una mail per chiedere la possibilità di prenotare acquistare e ricevere a domicilio un orologio, non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere e hanno cestinato la mail. Grazie. Complimenti per l'atteggiamento da "commerciante modello", non ho mai avuto il piacere di acquistare qualcosa, ma adesso so per certo che "sicuramente non ci sarà" questa possibilità in futuro! Sono andato in negozio per i Moonswacth Omega, sapevo che hanno rifornimenti limitati e non sempre si trovano. Allorché gli ho chiesto di prenotarlo e chiamarmi quando sarebbe arrivato, risposta: deve venire sempre in negozio e non possiamo prenotarlo, nemmeno fosse il Pespi. Ma secondo voi posso andare tutti i giorni in negozio? Se mi piacerà ancora tra qualche anno lo comprerò, sempre se non è introvabile e non cambiano politica aziendale, in fondo le loro collezioni sono di plastica. Cliente perso, €.250, dai peli si fa le pellicce....

Lovely shopping experience!

Bought two watches here. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was lucky enough to purchase the last 25 year anniversary edition from here.

Enrico was really helpful and patient with me as I asked to see several watches. Went in on a whim—bought my first Swatch in the mid-‘80s and thought I’d see what was new—and came out with a cool new watch.

Extremely appalled at the way the swatch staff in Firenze handled the release on the moonswatch. Let me make it clear , I have no issues with coming early and waiting in an orderly queue even for 6 hours to make the purchase. There were kindred spirits in the line who were great to talk to and this is what would make the overall wait fun. Arriving at 7am , there was line of approximately 30-50 people which consisted of around 30 people clustered outside swatch’s entrance and the rest in an orderly line behind. The issues first started when staff hired by swatch to manage the event arrived. 3 Men in suits who were supposed to handle the doors and the line , did nothing to establish a line other than to “push” the line back. The cluster in front of the door had not disappeared. When swatch staff arrived, they too did nothing to control the line. Upon opening the cluster at the front had grown to around 70-80 people, the 3 men hired by swatch were nowhere to be seen and had retreated inside of swatch and did nothing other than have one person manage the door, one person scanning green passes(?) and one other doing nothing. A small syndicate of punters saw that this situation could be hacked, and sent their friends to the door to push their way in, purchase watches and then immediately return to the line to repeat the process again. To do this they elbowed jostled and pushed people out of the way , RIGHT IN FRONT OF SWATCH’s DOORS, IN CLEAR SIGHT OF THE HIRED STAFF INSIDE. ( last I heard these punters managed to purchase 5-6 watches each.) While I won’t go into specifics , why did swatch staff not recognise that the same person was buying the watch more than once ? ( maybe the above point , may not make sense if the person inside is helping the person outside) What’s the point of hiring extra staff if your own store manager won’t tell them what jobs they are supposed to do ? Why were staff hired for crowd control, inside the store and not outside controlling the crowds? To the point above, why did the staff clearly allow a Mob to build outside the door and jostle and hassle , women, children and older folks? During this situation several altercations broke out outside, a person’s nose was bloodied , several were elbowed, pushed and hassled. One girl beside me ended up crying in panic. All over the world you see videos of orderly lines and even the police coming to assist, in ensuring that scuffles and arguments do not take place. The police came to tell us to wear our masks. And during this time, crowd control staff were inside the building doing nothing but talking to each other, and pointing through the glass door into the mob that was fighting among each other , who to let in next. Swatch Firenze , this event was a joke and you have a lot to answer for. There were many ways to make the situation easier to handle. I’ll even help you with the answer, 1 staff to stand outside and register the phone numbers of people to tally to the number of stock you had inside. 2 to have your staff restrict people from entering swatch until and orderly line was constructed. People came from 7am to queue and could have been told to go home at 11am had the above been done. But they had to wait till you ran out of stock at 1.30pm. In the end I got my watch, but I hate swatch and how they handled the situation. What an absolute joke of a brand ??
