I was ordering from the states so I was a little worried that it might take a long time, but they were very accurate in their timing and got it to me quickly. The ring and earrings are handcrafted white gold and sapphire, stunningly beautiful and exquisitely made (the photos truly do not do them justice). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second purchase from Torrini. Three years ago, we sent them a photo of a Jerusalem Cross pendant to custom craft for me. We traveled to Florence to pick it up. It was exquisite. In December 2021, we traveled again to Florence and this time, we met with Guido to pick out new wedding bands. He showed us designs and made recommendations. They too, turned out exquisite. Guido Torrini had an old fashioned gracious charm and a sweet modern wit. With the romantic background and artistry of Florence and the history of Torrini 1369, and the knowledgeable and professional staff, you can't find a finer jeweler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The level of standard in professionalism, service, and quality in Torrini is amazing! I have never came across anyone who cares so genuinely about their clients. I seldom write reviews but I must share my experience about Torrini. When I was in Florence last month I had been looking for a jeweler to reset my 3 carats emerald ring, but after talking and seeing many jewelers I did not feel comfortable leaving my ring with any of them. I didn’t trust they will do a good job that’s up to my standard. Until I walked in to Torrini! But by then it was already only 4 days left in Florence I was leaving. Guido worked magic for me! He went out of his way to make sure every step is in the right pace and finally he offers to personally deliver the ring to me at 10pm just in time before my departure! It’s so heartwarming to experience this level of care. They will for sure be my only jeweler in Florence for everything. I sincerely am thankful and proud to wear the new setting of my emerald ring. The history of Torrini enrich the beauty even more. Thank you Guido for your help.
