★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus- If you love everything about Lindt then this is the place to be in Florence. Huge varieties of chocolates. I can spend my whole day sitting in the cafe and trying out new flavors of Dark Chocolates. We ordered Matcha Tiramisu & Cappuccino. Best thing- They add a piece of dark chocolate in the cup which was so unique and yummy.
Negative- Not enough sitting arrangements downstairs. It can get real busy in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having time at cupola, it’s good to get some sweets. I chose the gelato with hazelnut and dark chocolate. Hazelnut flavor is too sweet for me. I recommend to have strawberry flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dream come true. I’m a huge fan of Lindt chocolate and I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place in my exploration of Florence. This place has flavors of Lindt chocolate that you probably never knew existed, there’s tons of different things to choose from, and you can fill a pick and mix bag to go so you can be sure to get all the ones you want to try.
Additionally you’re able to order from their cafe menu to experience chocolate infused coffees. We ended up getting the coffee/croissant combos for breakfast which all tasted great, albeit maybe slightly too decadent for breakfast.
Overall a great experience and highly recommended for any fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might think why should you have a gelato in a Florence at a Swiss chocolate store - but try it. Very good Fior di latte and chocolate gelato. Also the creamed coffee affogato. The espresso is made with Swiss beans Chicco Doro - a bit light roasted and citrusy. They serve it with a chocolate spoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a huge Lindt chocolate fan, so even while in Italy, we had to stop in. Found some discounted chocolate, and was also enticed by the fresh gelato. So good, definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindt is a famous brand. However, the marketing and flash of their shops are better than their product. The chocolate is fine, and that's great if it's all you need. You can do better by going to a local chocolate store or one of the Italian brand shops. Granted, the Lindt buy in bulk bags are well priced and very convenient. So it's an okay shop and you'll get what expect.
