★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due anni e mezzo fa circa una collanina con un ciondolo con doppia faccia e giorni fa se staccato una parte lateralmente a pezzi, ho chiesto delle risposte e cosa bisogna fare per sistemare e mi sono trovata con una risposta del tipo mi scusi ma noi siamo assicurati solo per 2 anni ,dopo non e più un nostro problema..... tanto che è Swarovski che sono seri pari a zero.....
I bought about two and a half years ago a necklace with a double-faced pendant and days ago if I detached a side part in pieces, I asked for answers and what needs to be done to fix it and I found myself with an answer like sorry but we we are insured only for 2 years, after that it is no longer our problem ..... so much so that it is Swarovski that are serious equal to zero .....
