Ospitalità top della signora Lina. Assolutamente consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente. Convenient location just a few steps from the main street. Hearty breakfast with excellent croissants clean and spacious room. Top hospitality of Mrs. Lina. Absolutely recommended. We will definitely be back.

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliato. Cozy enough, average room. Basic but very good breakfast. All a few minutes walk from the center of Noto. The owners were very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Ma il valore aggiunto sono sicuramente le persone e in particolare la sig.ra Lina - la "Chiara Ferragni" di Noto: un punto di riferimento per locali, consigli enogastronomici e luoghi particolari dove poter andare al mare. Ne vale la pena. If you are looking for a B&B with more than one added value you have found it. Strategic position for visiting the most beautiful monuments and buildings of Noto. Good breakfast with handcrafted croissants. But the added value is certainly the people and in particular Mrs. Lina - the "Chiara Ferragni" of Noto: a point of reference for clubs, food and wine advice and special places where you can go to the beach. It is worth it.

Data la centralità puó essere difficoltoso trovare parcheggio ma nelle strade circostanti si trova sempre posto. La colazione è semplice e buona con cornetti sempre freschissimi. Ciò che ha davvero impreziosito la nostra vacanza è stata la presenza di Lina, persona di un'umanità speciale che accoglie e coccola i suoi ospiti come una mamma. Ci siamo sentiti a casa anche se solo per 3 giorni e devo ammettere che ripartire è stato difficile. Torneremo sicuramente! Sveva rooms is a real gem in the heart of Noto. The rooms are spacious, clean and well air conditioned. Given the centrality it can be difficult to find parking but in the surrounding streets there is always room. The breakfast is simple and good with always fresh croissants. What really embellished our holiday was the presence of Lina, a person of a special humanity who welcomes and pampers her guests like a mother. We felt at home even if only for 3 days and I must admit that leaving was difficult. We will definitely be back!
