★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IN REALTÀ IN QUESTA ZONA SONO TUTTI MOLTO CARINI E SANNO FARE TURISMO MA IN QUESTO B&B CI SIAMO TROVATI IN MODO SPECIALE , TUTTO PARTICOLARMENTE CURATO E DI GUSTO, CARLO NONOSTANTE LA GIOVANE ETÀ E ‘ MOLTO PROFESSIONALE CORTESE E SOPRATTUTTO GENTILISSIMO ,TI METTE A TUO AGIO E TI FA SENTIRE COME SE TI OSPITASSE A CASA SUA ,COLAZIONE VARIA E CURATISSIMA . TORTE DI ROSALBA ECCELLENTI . CONSIGLIATISSIMO SPERIAMO DI POTERCI TORNARE PRESTO.
 ACTUALLY IN THIS AREA THEY ARE VERY CUTE AND KNOW HOW TO DO TOURISM BUT IN THIS B & B WE WERE FINDED IN A SPECIAL WAY, ALL PARTICULARLY CARE AND TASTE, CHARLES DESPITE THE YOUNG AGE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL COURT AND ESPECIALLY GENTLE AGE AND MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOU HOST YOU AT HIS HOME, VARIOUS AND VERY CAREFUL BREAKFAST. EXCELLENT ROSALBA CAKES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WE HOPE TO BE BACK SOON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il soggiorno perfetto. Carlo e Paolo sanno cosa significa Ospitalità. Ci hanno fornito consigli utilissimi e sono stato disponibili in tutto. La posizione della struttura è strategica, in centro storico (a 5 min. dalla cattedrale) ma lontano dalle vie principali (quindi parcheggio facile da trovare). Struttura moderna e curata nei minimi dettagli degli arredamenti. Ci sono tutti i servizi possibili e immaginabili. Dall'acqua fresca h24, agli ombrelloni a noleggio gratuito, all'area relax. Pulizia assoluto sia degli ambienti comuni che nelle stanze.
The perfect stay. Carlo and Paolo know what Hospitality means. They gave us very useful advice and were helpful in everything. The location of the structure is strategic, in the historic center (5 min. From the cathedral) but far from the main streets (therefore parking is easy to find). Modern structure with attention to the smallest details of the furnishings. There are all possible and imaginable services. From fresh water 24 hours a day, to free rental umbrellas, to the relaxation area. Absolute cleanliness both in the common areas and in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous people, beautifully restored house and... A hot tub on the roof! Who could ask for more? Very close to the heart of this amazing baroque city, but far enough up the hill to make it a quiet, peaceful place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest and most unique places I have ever stayed/slept. Owner Lucia is really nice and very welcoming (and serves delicious breakfast with homemade stuff). House is renovated, clean and interior is amazing. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to pay a bit more for a good & comfortable holiday place.

-rooms very well decorated, modern and super clean
With a huge modern bathroom
- original ceilings were a nice touch
- we had the room near the front which could be a little loud in the morning.
-great location about 7-8 min from Main Street walking
- welcoming staff, explained everything
- terrace with sun beds is a huge plus after a long day
- breakfast was good but some fresh local fruits would have been better than apples and oranges.

Family run place, 2 minutes away from Duomo etc. Quiet street provides a very good night of sleep!
Mom and Das did the refurbishment (flawless refurbishment I might add - absolutely great job!) and the two brothers are in charge of daily tasks. Nice and friendly people, clean and beautiful place!
My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer!

Carlo and Paolo are the perfect host ever!
They give you very useful info about your staying and they also provide some extra service as free cold water, ice bag and umbrella for the seaside. We were very lucky ? to meet Carlo and Paolo staying in their amazing and elegant guest house!! Thanks guy! Francesca & Pietro
