Certainement la meilleure boulangerie de Noto. J'avais l'habitude d'y passer au moins une fois par jour! L'accueil y est formidable et je conseille de goûter aux Carciofo, délicieux pains au fromage! Et si vous avez de la chance, vous passerez quand le pain est encore chaud !
Certainly the best bakery in Noto. I used to stay there at least once a day! The welcome is great and I recommend to taste the Carciofo, delicious cheese breads! And if you are lucky, you will pass when the bread is still hot!

Der beste Bäcker von Noto. Er benutzt sizilianisches Mehl. Pane di Casa, das traditionelle Brot, aber es gibt auch Pagnotto, ein weiches rundes Brot und Filone, ein langes Brot. Außerdem macht er Focaccia mit Origano und Cipolla, eine runde, gedrehte Foccaccia mit Käse. Sehr leckere Biscotti gibt es auch. Er hat auch auf Bestellung eigenes Olivenöl, gesalzene Kapern und Stratto, Tomatenkonzentrat und gelegentlich Gemüse. Alles von seinem Land. Nebenbei ist er auch sehr nett mit seinem weißen Schnurrbart!

Amazing bread in the heart of Noto! And the one with cheese in it... my god... you should try it! Also, the baker is really nice, be offered us a bread on our first visit there.

Accidentally found this bakery and it was a great surprise. The bread smells and tastes amazing. We also tried some milk biscuits that were awesome! I will defenitely go back when I visit Noto again!

On my friend's recommendation, I went to have the Pagnotta Cunzatta from this bakery! The bread seasoned with oregano and other Italian herbs, dressed with olive oil was absolutely heavenly! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Noto!

The most authentic bakery in Noto! You’ll always end up buying more than planned and if your lucky you’ll get a cheeky smile. They sell awesome olive oil and wine as well!

Best bakery in Noto. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the bread is so delicious. They bake it with real fire. The prices are very reasonable. Also the olive oil has a good quality and is very tasty.
