★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un vero spettacolo da non perdere assolutamente...diffidate dei vari cartelli "pani di casa" che poi vuol dire fatto con lievito madre, lavorato a mano etc..loro lo hanno davvero e davvero buono...se poi volete morire mangiando, non perdete i panuzzi all'olio che sono meglio delle ciliegie e più pericolosi della droga, specialmente se accompagnati da olive e salumi giusti (!) Gentilissimi i titolari/lavoratori ...un must.
A real show not to be missed ... be wary of the various "home loaves" signs which then means made with mother yeast, handmade etc..They have it really and really good ... if you want to die eating, do not miss the panuzzi with oil which are better than cherries and more dangerous than drugs, especially if accompanied by the right olives and cured meats (!) Dear owners / workers ... a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato oggi in questo forno su consiglio di gente del posto,la signora dietro al banco è di una cordialità unica ed è anche molto sicura del prodotto che vende,pane con lievito madre cotto in forno a legna, direi che la signora dice la verità pane fragrante e con un profumo inebriante,superlativo direi!!
