Ho ordinato un temaki, gradevolmente abbondante e con il sapore di gambero fresco, una porzione di gamberi in tempura dove finalmente la frittura è stata valorizzata con il tipo di farina e la salsa fatta da loro, una porzione di nigiri di gambero freschi e dal sapore autentico di crostaceo, una porzione da 8 di hosomaky gambero salmone e pesce bianco (spigola in questo caso) e una porzione da 4 pezzi di sashimi, molto ben tagliati. Ho pagato 35 euro e mi hanno offerto un digestivo. Il personale è molto accogliente, giovane e intraprendente. Unica pecca, ho mangiato in uno dei posti con sgabello un po'scomodo. Qualche piccolo problema col pagamento, forse per la connessione lenta. Lo consiglio vivamente.
A small pearl of sushi in Montefeltro. I ordered a temaki, pleasantly abundant and with the flavor of fresh shrimp, a portion of tempura shrimp where the frying was finally enhanced with the type of flour and the sauce made by them, a portion of fresh and tasty shrimp nigiri authentic shellfish, an 8-piece serving of hosomaky shrimp, salmon and white fish (sea bass in this case) and a 4-piece serving of sashimi, very well cut. I paid 35 euros and they offered me a digestif. The staff are very welcoming, young and enterprising. The only flaw, I ate in one of the places with a slightly uncomfortable stool. Some small problems with the payment, perhaps due to the slow connection. I highly recommend it.
