Scrivo da non intenditore di sushi e quindi il mio giudizio potrebbe essere soggettivo, ma essendo uno dai gusti molto difficili e che preferisce piatti dal gusto semplice, senza particolari miscugli e sapori che si intrecciano, posso garantire la qualità di quanto ho assaggiato. Oltre all'aperitivo di sushi abbiamo pure ordinato una gustosissima birra artigianale prodotta a Salemi dal nome "chinas chi". Assolutamente consigliata a chi ama la birra con retrogusti particolari. I had never eaten sushi in my life. Convinced by my friends, I did it for the first time here. I must say that the experience was interesting. I write as a non-connoisseur of sushi and therefore my judgment could be subjective, but being one with very difficult tastes and preferring dishes with a simple taste, without particular mixtures and flavors that intertwine, I can guarantee the quality of what I have tasted. In addition to the sushi aperitif we also ordered a tasty craft beer produced in Salemi called "chinas chi". Absolutely recommended for those who love beer with particular aftertaste.

Avrei da ridire sul servizio poco accogliente anche se in seguito ci è stato offerto inaspettatamente del sushi (anche molto gradito). My group of friends and I decided to enjoy a good aperitif at Mascaria. Fresh and thirst-quenching spritz at the same time. I would have to complain about the unwelcoming service even if afterwards we were unexpectedly offered some sushi (also very welcome).

Sushi in the norm, far from being qualitatively up to a la carte. It is comparable to a good sushi ayce formula. The sushi, although it is a la carte, was served within a few minutes: this makes me think it was ready. Impossible. The excessive presence of spicy mayonnaise on almost every roll of uramaki also made me turn up my nose. Nice location. Friendly staff but a little overwhelming.
