★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classico locale dove fare aperitivo. L'unico forse in paese a soddisfare chi è abituato a degustare qualcosa prima di cena. Costo davvero basso, 4 euro e bevi un ottimo vino bianco, pizza e altri stuzzichini. Sono gli unici nella ridente cittadina ad aver capito come si deve fare con i clienti. Professionalità, cortesia. Meno male ci sono!
 Classic place to have an aperitif. Perhaps the only one in town to satisfy those who are used to tasting something before dinner. Really low cost, 4 euros and drink an excellent white wine, pizza and other appetizers. They are the only ones in the charming town who have understood how to deal with customers. Professionalism, courtesy. Luckily there are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La location, interna al White Station, è stata riammodernata tanto da sembrare un locale distinto e separato (probabilmente lo è) rispetto al bar della stazione - condividendo però cassa e bagni.
Il servizio non è affatto degno del posto; ha lasciato molto a desiderare sotto vari aspetti. Innanzitutto c'è stata confusione con i menù: la carta digitale scannerizzabile per mezzo dei QR code posti sui tavoli differiva (e non di poco) dalla carta portata in tavola fisicamente. Per di più non tutte le pietanze riportate nel menù erano disponibili (es. Baccalà in umido con cime di rapa e taralli); ma ciò anziché comunicarcelo anticipatamente, ci venne fatto presente dopo che la comanda era stata presa, portando a susseguenti aggiustamenti delle scelte. Le pietanze (dagli antipasti, alle pizze, ai piatti principali) ci furono recapitati a scaglioni e non ci consentirono di iniziare a mangiare in contemporanea. Idem per le bevande: più volte abbiamo chiesto l'acqua in tavola ed i camerieri fecero anche confusione su alcune bevande.
Passiamo al cibo. Non male gli impiattamenti: di bell'aspetto sia le pietanze principali che le pizze, un po meno gradevoli alla vista le stuzzicherie/fritture. Mi è piaciuto il polpo su letto di patate viola, anche se avrei gradito che fosse accompagnato da un po di pane, che credo vada sempre servito in tavola. Non posso dare un giudizio molto positivo sulle pizze. Seppur buoni gli ingredienti utilizzati, il problema principale è l'impasto. Le pizze, quasi in stile casertano, presentavano un impasto poco maturato in cui il cornicione era totalmente esente da alveolature ma presentava una massa umidiccia ed elastica (crudo all'interno).
The location, inside the White Station, has been modernized to the extent that it appears to be a distinct and separate place (probably it is) from the station bar - sharing however the cash desk and bathrooms.
The service is not at all worthy of the place; it left a lot to be desired in many respects. First of all there was confusion with the menus: the digital paper scannable by means of the QR codes placed on the tables differed (and not a little) from the paper brought to the table physically. Furthermore, not all the dishes listed on the menu were available (eg Stewed cod with turnip tops and taralli); but instead of communicating it to us in advance, it was pointed out to us after the order had been taken, leading to subsequent adjustments of the choices. The dishes (from appetizers, to pizzas, to main courses) were delivered to us in batches and did not allow us to start eating at the same time. Ditto for the drinks: several times we asked for water on the table and the waiters also confused about some drinks.
Let's move on to food. The dishes are not bad: both the main dishes and the pizzas are good-looking, the appetizers / fries are a little less pleasing to the eye. I liked the octopus on a bed of purple potatoes, although I would have liked it to be accompanied by some bread, which I believe should always be served on the table. I cannot give a very positive opinion on the pizzas. Although the ingredients used are good, the main problem is the dough. The pizzas, almost in the style of Caserta, had a little matured dough in which the cornice was totally free from alveolations but had a moist and elastic mass (raw inside).
