★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono a Rionero per lavoro passo sempre volentieri a Taverna Paradiso dove si respira aria di casa grazie alla cortesia e simpatia dei gestori e al cibo genuino. Vi consiglio il mio piatto preferito: baccalà con peperoni cruschi.
 When I am in Rionero for work I always like to go to Taverna Paradiso where you can breathe an air of home thanks to the courtesy and friendliness of the managers and the genuine food. I recommend my favorite dish: cod with cruschi peppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo genuino e prezzi giusti. Molta disponibilità e gentilezza da parte della ragazza che portava i piatti al tavolo, simpatia e cordialità da parte del proprietario che ci ha fatto divertire Con i suoi scherzi durante il pranzo. Top. Consiglio e sicuramente ci torneremo.
Genuine food and fair prices. A lot of availability and kindness on the part of the girl who brought the dishes to the table, sympathy and friendliness on the part of the owner who made us have fun with his jokes during lunch. Top. I recommend and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasti unici e genuini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Il proprietario dopo un'uscita infelice si è fatto perdonare con piccoli scherzi e tante risate. Dopo la caduta di un vassoio di carne caduto accidentalmente ad uno dei commensali (io)è stato disponibile e veloce nel portare altra carne. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Unique and genuine meals. Excellent value for money. The owner after an unhappy exit was forgiven with little jokes and lots of laughter. After a tray of meat accidentally dropped to one of the diners (me) he was available and quick to bring more meat. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati a Rionero di domenica per fare un trasloco, abbiamo chiesto qualcosa da portare via, avendo comunque letto che questo tipo di servizio veniva svolto. Ci sarebbe andato bene anche un panino e lo abbiamo detto al titolare ma ci ha risposto che potevano darci qualcosa degli antipasti. Si presentano dopo un pò con due bei contenitori da asporto, mai avremmo immaginato di trovare, una vota giunti a casa, due fette di pane, ritagli minuscoli di verdure , per di più per niente freschi, e qualche fette di insaccati misti , in totale forse quattro per un costo di 11 euro a contenitore.. Non so se le persone del luogo vengono trattate in questo modo o se siamo capitati nel giorno sbagliato di sicuro penso che la qualità del cibo e il costo non sono minimamente paragonabili al prezzo pagato. Tornerò a Rionero ma di certo mi guarderò bene dal ritornaci
When we arrived in Rionero on Sunday to move, we asked for something to take away, having however read that this type of service was carried out. A sandwich would have been fine too and we told the owner but he said they could give us some appetizers. They show up after a while with two nice takeaway containers, we never imagined to find, once at home, two slices of bread, tiny scraps of vegetables, moreover not fresh at all, and a few slices of mixed sausages, in total. maybe four for a cost of 11 euros per container .. I don't know if the locals are treated like this or if we happened on the wrong day for sure I think the quality of the food and the cost are not in the least comparable to the price paid. I will return to Rionero but I will certainly be careful not to return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 03.10.2020. Locale scoperto grazie ad una recensione. Siamo stati infatti a fare una passeggiata ai laghi di Monticchio e poi scelto Rionero per il pranzo. Location accogliente e 'calda', come il proprietario, che presenta una cucina locale molto gustosa e ben presentata, con un attenzione anche per il costo finale.
03.10.2020. Local discovered thanks to a review. In fact, we went for a walk to the Monticchio lakes and then chose Rionero for lunch. A welcoming and 'warm' location, like the owner, who presents a very tasty and well presented local cuisine, with attention also to the final cost.

On 01/10/2021 I was in Rionero, and I recommended this place I ate very well, very tidy and clean place, freshly prepared dishes very good and top quality stuff then there is the owner Donato very nice and very attentive and the Top of the place, also the girl who serves the tables very professional and nice, I recommend Alex from Matera
