★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pesce era fresco e il ristorante pulito. Dalla cucina si vedeva che cucinavano con le apposite mascherine. Una lieve e rilassante musica di sottofondo, lo staff era sempre presente e il servizio svolto in maniera fluida.
Tutto buono e gustoso tranne per le patatine fritte che erano piene di sale ?
 The fish was fresh and the restaurant clean. From the kitchen you could see that they were cooking with special masks. A light and relaxing background music, the staff was always present and the service was fluid.
All good and tasty except for the fries that were full of salt ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, abbiamo ordinato alle 21:15 e ci hanno portato il cibo 40 minuti dopo, la cucina doveva chiudere alle 23:00 e loro alle 22:45 non accettavano più ordini.
Cibo buono ma non buonissimo!
Rude staff, we ordered at 9.15pm and they brought our food 40 minutes later, the kitchen was supposed to close at 11.00pm and they were no longer taking orders at 10.45pm.
Good food but not very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare. Signora in sala scortese, servizio lentissimo e un rapporto qualità-prezzo rivedibile. Non metto 1 stella solo perché gli involtini primavera erano davvero buoni.
Experience to forget. Rude lady in the room, very slow service and a revisable quality-price ratio. I don't put 1 star just because the spring rolls were really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi molto buono, sono venuto piu volte e posso confermare la qualità molto alta. Unica pecca è che ogni volta dimenticano qualcosa dell’ordine, è successo sistematicamente tutte le volte , motivo per cui do una stella in meno.
Very good sushi, I have come several times and I can confirm the very high quality. The only flaw is that every time they forget something about the order, it happened systematically all the times, which is why I give one less star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 2 volte in questo ristorante, e devo dire che la qualità ci è piaciuta molto a confronto con altri sushi che abbiamo provato in Sicilia.
Avrei voluto mettere 5 stelle ma ci sono diversi punti negativi che non si può. La prima sera in settimana la proprietaria lavora totalmente da sola e deve correre su tutti gli angoli del ristorante lasciando i clienti in attesa anche solo per chiedere una bottiglia d'acqua.
Poi siamo tornati oggi nel fine settimana con la speranza che il servizio sarebbe stato almeno di una cameriera in più ma la proprietaria lavora totalmente da sola e le persone in sala si sentono davvero abbandonate, oltretutto nel locale fa molto ma molto freddo per colpa anche della grandezza della sala.
Spero che un domani possano migliorare il servizio perché il cibo per me è ok e mi fa comunque molto piacere vedere dei lavoratori che corrono dandosi da fare, ma se si vuole un servizio comodo e accogliente purtroppo non ci siamo per il momento.
We have been 2 times in this restaurant, and I must say that we liked the quality a lot in comparison with other sushi we have tried in Sicily.
I wish I could put 5 stars but there are several negative points that you can't. The first evening of the week the owner works totally alone and has to run around all corners of the restaurant leaving customers waiting just to ask for a bottle of water.
Then we returned today over the weekend with the hope that the service would have been at least one more waitress but the owner works totally alone and the people in the room feel really abandoned, moreover in the room it is very, very cold also due to the size of the room.
I hope that tomorrow they can improve the service because the food is ok for me and I am still very pleased to see some workers running around, but if you want a comfortable and welcoming service, unfortunately we are not there for the moment.

Sushi super buono, camerieri sempre disponibili e gentili e cucina molto igenica altrettanto il locale!
Il salmone si scioglie in bocca, il tonno ha un colore rosso che ti porta un sapore allucinante! Fritti, spaghetti, ravioli ecc... TUTTO TOP!
SE VOLETE MANGIARE BENE VE LO CONSIGLIO!

Super good sushi, always helpful and kind waiters and very hygienic cuisine as well as the restaurant!
The salmon melts in the mouth, the tuna has a red color that brings you a hallucinating flavor! Fried, spaghetti, ravioli etc ... ALL TOP!
IF YOU WANT TO EAT WELL I RECOMMEND IT!
