Dabei wird bei allen Gängen nach typischen regionalen Rezepten gekochrt und viele Produkte kommen aus eigenem Anbau. Absolute Empfehlung. A really great restaurant with incredibly nice conditions. We decided for the menus (fish / meat). All courses are cooked according to typical regional recipes and many products come from our own cultivation. Absolute recommendation.
