★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di partirmi a vuoto ho visto gli orari qui su google. Mi diceva aperto con orario continuato. Inoltre l'orario è stato aggiornato 4 giorni fa. Mi parto alle 15 ed è chiuso. Ho fatto un viaggio a vuoto come se la benzina la regalano. Nel 2022 non è possibile non avere la pagina google aggiornata. Mi sembra di stare nel terzo mondo...venendo da 6 anni a Torino posso dire che li una cosa del genere non esiste. Vergogna

Purtroppo l'assistenza lascia a desiderare, poca professionalità da parte del personale, se trovi qualcuno preparato vieni abbandonato a te stesso e la vendita te la concludi da solo. Se chiami in negozio non risponde MAI nessuno, potresti rimanere giorni ad ascoltare il risponditore automatico e il telefono che squilla a vuoto per tutti i reparti. L'attenzione al cliente va decisamente migliorata.
Ok the prices, ni the assortment. Unfortunately, the assistance leaves something to be desired, lack of professionalism on the part of the staff, if you find someone prepared you are left to yourself and the sale can be concluded by yourself. If you call the shop, nobody NEVER answers, you could spend days listening to the automatic answering machine and the phone ringing empty for all departments. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ottobre che "aspetto" delle pellicole polaroid (le più comuni), che "dovrebbero arrivare", ed intanto siamo ad aprile.
In un piccolo negozio di elettronica c'è maggiore disponibilità. I prezzi, inoltre, sono più alti del loro sito. Personale inadeguato e poco accogliente. Sconsiglio vivamente.
