Con estrema professionalità, serietà e gentilezza ha organizzato il viaggio in ogni minimo dettaglio: dalla prenotazione del volo, alla scelta dell'hotel, ai traghetti e ai vari mezzi di trasporto.
Non solo si è mostrato disponibile ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta riguardo all'organizzazione del viaggio, ma anche durante il soggiorno in Grecia ci ha garantito un'assistenza eccezionale 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Infatti, nel momento in cui abbiamo avuto più bisogno, a causa di un imprevisto che ci ha fatto perdere il volo per il ritorno, la gestione dell'inconveniente ha superato ogni aspettativa.

We relied on the "Istinto Viaggi" agency in Mercatale di Sassocorvaro for our family vacation in Mykonos and Paros. In particular, we turned to Valerio, who, right from the start, understood perfectly the holiday that suited our needs and expectations.
With extreme professionalism, seriousness and kindness, he organized the journey in every detail: from booking a flight, choosing a hotel, ferries and various means of transport.
Not only did he show his willingness to fulfill our every request regarding the organization of the trip, but also during his stay in Greece he guaranteed us exceptional assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In fact, when we had more need, due to an unexpected event that made us miss the flight for the return, the management of the problem has exceeded all expectations.
We thank the agency for giving us the opportunity to make this wonderful holiday and a special thanks goes to Valerio.
