Non è mia abitudine frequentare le agenzie di viaggio quindi, non avendone una di fiducia, mi sono imbattuta in questa di Rionero poiché, dovendo fare un buono regalo, ho ben pensato di seguire il consiglio di un amico che, basandosi su un'unica esperienza, mi ha detto: "vai lì che mi sembrano seri".
Sembrano.... mai verbo fu più indicato.
La serietà, in base alla mia esperienza, non è proprio di casa perciò sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia.
Sopratutto la sconsiglio a quanti pensano di rivolgersi ad essa per i famigerati buoni regalo. State attenti. Ricordatevi di dare la ricevuta indicante l'importo del buono a chi dovrà usufruirne in modo tale da evitare spiacevoli sorprese. Sono pienamente consapevole che può risultare un gesto un po' antipatico... ma conviene prevenire. A me è capitato... ma avendo, per caso, prevenuto mi è andata proprio bene!!! La casualità ha dunque stabilito che personalmente non frequenterò più tale pseudo agenzia, la volontà invece mi ha fatto scrivere questa recensione affinché possa essere utile a qualcuno.
Basically to be avoided.
It is not my habit to visit travel agencies so, not having one of trust, I came across this in Rionero because, having to make a gift voucher, I well thought to follow the advice of a friend who, based on a single experience , he told me: "go there they seem serious".
They seem .... never verb was more indicated.
Seriousness, based on my experience, is not really at home so I strongly advise against this agency.
Above all I advise against those who think they can turn to it for the notorious gift vouchers. Be careful. Remember to give the receipt indicating the amount of the voucher to those who must use it in such a way as to avoid unpleasant surprises. I am fully aware that it can be a rather unpleasant gesture ... but it is better to prevent it. It happened to me ... but having, by chance, biased it went really well !!! Randomness has therefore established that personally I will no longer attend such a pseudo agency, but will made me write this review so that it can be useful to someone.
