Il ristorante è ottimo anche se dall'aspetto si presenta molto semplice e di poche pretese ma le pietanze sono ottime, la carne è fresca, i primi sono gustosi, il vino locale è leggermente frizzante e si accompagna perfettamente con il cibo che servono. Anche se il ristorante risulta più distante dalle cascate rispetto ad altri, vale comunque la pena di percorrere quei 5 o 6 Km per rimanere piacevolmente soddisfatti. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente favorevole. ? Some negative reviews on Tripadvisor seem to have been invented ... M	Marino de Falco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato oggi, 24 agosto, a pranzo in questa struttura, è una tipologia di locali che a me piace molto, si respira aria di tempi (belli) passati, di cucina casereccia, di buona accoglienza lucana. Proprio una trattoria come ai vecchi tempi, non vecchia assolutamente, solo molto tradizionale e senza fronzoli. Bagni pulitissimi e ben differenziati. Antipasto ricco e gustoso, pasta buona e ben cotta, sugo fresco, ho scoperto il capocollo arrostito, insomma sapori lucani, inoltre buon vino della casa, il conosciutissimo Aglianico credo addolcito come si usa qui da un rabbocco di novello che ne stempera il sapore forte e deciso, rendendolo più amabile. Il caffè è stato preparato con la classica moka. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto a ogni richiesta. Comodo il parcheggio, la stradina che scende dalla strada può sembrare difficile ma io l'ho fatta in tutta sicurezza con una motocicletta da 300 kg. Insomma, se cercate sapori lucani e antiche tradizioni, semplicità e accoglienza, il locale lo consiglio assolutamente. Convenient parking, the small road that descends from the road may seem difficult but I did it in complete safety with a 300 kg motorcycle. Il ristoratore è stato veramente cordiale dall'inizio alla fine del nostro pranzo e ci ha accolti senza problemi pur non avendo prenotato. C'è da dire che è stato di lunedì e il ristorante era quasi vuoto. Cucina rustica, ma di qualità. Si avverte immediatamente che le portate sono tutte fatte in casa. Ottime le orecchiette fresche alla boscaiola e anche la porchetta, specialità del luogo. I piatti sono abbondanti e con i menù turistici si mangia parecchio e si paga molto bene. Al termine del pranzo, il ristoratore ci ha anche offerto una bottiglia del loro vino artigianale, veramente gustoso e aromatico. Consigliatissimo. Ma una domanda mi sorge spontanea ma i piatti nelle foto quando li fate? La distanza tra una portata e l'altra era di secondi, il che mi fa capire che la cucina e tutt'altro che espressa, e il cameriere!... che dire del cameriere, l'ansia fatta persona, record man del pranzo ci ha fatto mangiare in meno di un'ora Meh però un cosa da lode l'ho trovata, il vino Without infamy but above all without praise. La ragazza che ci ha proposto di mangiare li, e che era allo stesso tempo la cameriera è stata gentilissima e super professionale. Personale così non si trova facilmente. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario gentile e disponibile. All'esterno il locale è un po' spartano mentre all'interno si respira un'atmosfera un po' retrò da trattoria di una volta. In un giorno infrasettimanale la scelta non era molto ampia ma tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato era ottimo. Prezzo veramente conveniente. Ci ritornerei.
