★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio, ho acquistato un gioco per mio figlio, uscito dal negozio ho aperto io il gioco per darlo a mio figlio ma mi accorgevo che aveva delle componenti già rotte, rientrando poco dopo nel negozio e spiegando tutto ciò, mi trovo alla cassa il titolare del negozio che, anzichè comprendere l accaduto, mi accusa, in modo arrogante e scontroso, di avere rotto io il gioco nonostante le mie spiegazioni immediate e dettagliate. si denota la completa assenza di professionalità, nessuna cortesia verso il cliente e nessuna affidabilità. Assenti quindi: cortesia, serietà, tutela del consumatore. Sconsiglio di acquistare in questo negozio.

Cercavo una cucina in legno per mia figlia, ed una macchina per mio figlio che ho trovato e acquistato. Per le cucine hanno solo quelle scadenti in plastica. Nota super dolente, darei 0 stelle solo per questo, le commesse ti guardano come se stessi per rubare. Ti fan sentir ladro anche se non lo sei. Disagio assoluto.
Unica nota positiva, il proprietario è simpatico.

I was looking for a wooden kitchen for my daughter, and a car for my son that I found and bought. For the kitchens they only have cheap plastic ones. Super sore note, I would give 0 stars just for that, the shop assistants look at you like you are going to steal. They make you feel like a thief even if you are not. Absolute discomfort.
The only positive note, the owner is nice.

Ho avuto problemi con una macchina radiocomandata che aveva un suo pacco batterie (non mantenevano la carica), comprata il giorno prima. Il signore anziano che sta in cassa non ha fornito nessun tipo di assistenza. Al contrario mi ha detto che non potevo sostituire il prodotto (infischiandosene del diritto di recesso da me invocato).
Per fortuna è arrivato un ragazzo, sempre del negozio, che mi ha proposto il cambio del pacco batterie ricaricabili.
Chi lavora in un negozio dovrebbe essere a conoscenza delle leggi e dei diritti del consumatore. A volte sembra di essere in un giungla...
Huge choice of games but I will never shop at this store again.
I had problems with a radio controlled car that had its own battery pack (they didn't hold a charge), bought the day before. The elderly gentleman at the cashier did not provide any kind of assistance. On the contrary, he told me that I could not replace the product (not caring about the right of withdrawal I invoked).
Luckily, a guy from the shop arrived and offered me to change the rechargeable battery pack.
Anyone who works in a shop should be aware of the laws and consumer rights. Sometimes it feels like being in a jungle ...
