★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello ( come tutti i Gamestop) unico problema sono gli operai che ci mettono troppo a fare pagare. Io ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti perché un operaio non era capace di mettere un vetro sul telefono. Comunque gran bel negozio
Very nice shop (like all Gamestops) only problem are the workers who take too long to charge. I had to wait 20 minutes because a worker was unable to put a glass on the phone. Still great shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio poco fornito ma soprattutto i commessi dimostrano scarsa attenzione nello svolgere il lavoro a cui sono preposti e scarsa competenza, oltre a lasciare al cliente la soluzione dei problemi creati da loro. Inammissibile. Diversa esperienza con altri punti vendita di Roma e altre località. Credo proprio di non metterci più piede. Altamente sconsigliato.
A poorly stocked shop but above all the clerks show little attention in carrying out the work for which they are in charge and lack of competence, in addition to leaving the solution of the problems created by them to the customer. Inadmissible. Different experience with other stores in Rome and other locations. I really think I'm not setting foot on it anymore. Highly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio gaming, assortito di tutte le consolle che il mercato propone.Infinità di giochi,volevo acquistare quelli usati ma ho trovato i prezzi un poco cari,(rispetto al nuovo che si trova online)....non siamo usciti a mani vuote dal negozio, mio figlio ha acquistato il case per la Nintendo Switch Originale Animal Crossing New Horizons.
Gaming shop, assorted of all the consoles that the market offers.Infinity of games, I wanted to buy the used ones but I found the prices a little expensive, (compared to the new one that is online) ... we did not leave empty-handed from the shop, my son bought the Animal Crossing New Horizons Original Nintendo Switch case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dò 4 stelle perché è un punto vendita preparato riguardo la categoria merceologica che propone ai clienti (il videogioco e tutto ciò che vi ruota attorno). Si possono trovare titoli d'occasione in buone condizioni e a prezzi ribassati, così come comprare console nuove oppure di seconda mano (ho comprato una Xbox Series X nuova e una Xbox 360 250gb usata, funzionano entrambe a meraviglia). Avrei potuto dare 5 stelle se fosse stato possibile ottenere più soldi portando titoli vecchi ma con il CD mai utilizzato (5€ per un gioco come Gears of War 4 mai utilizzato è decisamente troppo poco).
I give 4 stars because it is a store prepared with regard to the product category that it offers to customers (the video game and everything that revolves around it). You can find second-hand titles in good condition and at low prices, as well as buy new or second-hand consoles (I bought a new Xbox Series X and a used Xbox 360 250gb, they both work great). I could have given 5 stars if it was possible to get more money by bringing older titles but with the CD never used (5 € for a game like Gears of War 4 never used is definitely too little).
