★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben fornito rispetto al negozio piccolo che ospita tutta quella merce; infatti è un po' troppo "incasinato". Il personale sembrava quasi stufato dalle mie domande. E i prezzi li considero un po' troppo alti.
Well supplied compared to the small shop that houses all that goods; in fact it is a little too "messed up". The staff seemed almost tired of my questions. And the prices I consider them a bit 'too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In giro con mia nipote di 7anni, vedo questo negozio di giocattoli entro entusiasta di trovare il gioco tanto desiderato dalla mia nipotina che mi guarda con occhi sognanti.. eccolo, lo vedo, lo prendo e decido di dirigermi alla cassa. Mi trovo davanti una “signora” impegnata ad ordinare del cibo, rimango in attesa per pagare il giochino (Pure abbastanza caro) e mi posiziono di fronte la cassa, continua l’attesa fino a quando la “signora” decide di far pagare chi è dietro di me, sicuramente con più giochi in mano. Chiedo gentilmente di poter pagare, per non aspettare ulteriormente, la risposta?? Una vera e propria aggressione, parole che non si dovrebbero sentire in un negozio di bambini perlopiù presenti. Arroganza non giustificabile soprattutto da un negozio con un rincaro dei prezzi oltre la media. Non consigliato, andate altrove sarete trattati meglio e a prezzi piu onesti.
Out and about with my 7 year old niece, I see this toy store excited to find the game so much desired by my little niece that she looks at me with dreamy eyes ... here it is, I see it, I take it and I decide to head to the cashier. I find myself in front of a "lady" committed to ordering food, I am waiting to pay for the game (also quite expensive) and I position myself in front of the cashier, the wait continues until the "lady" decides to charge who she is behind me, surely with more games in hand. I kindly ask you to pay, not to wait any longer, for an answer? A real aggression, words that should not be heard in a children's shop mostly present. Arrogance not justifiable above all by a shop with higher prices than the average. Not recommended, go elsewhere you will be treated better and more honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero presente alla pseudo sceneggiata descritta dalla signora Manuela Arcieri e posso affermare che le cose non sono andate come da lei descritte. La sua nipotina girovagava nel negozio con il giocattolo in mano la commessa era alla cassa ed un altra cliente si è avvicinata per pagare. La commessa non ha favorito nessuno e posso assicurarle che tutti i ragazzi sono molto educati e rispettosi.
I was present at the pseudo drama described by Mrs Manuela Arcieri and I can say that things did not go as she described. His granddaughter wandered into the shop with the toy in hand, the order was at the checkout and another customer came over to pay. The saleswoman did not favor anyone and I can assure her that all the boys are very polite and respectful.
