Inaccettabile, sono andato via lasciando tutto , risultato ho € 127 in meno sul mio conto.
Incompetenza. Non metterò più piede in questo negozio

Purtroppo capita di avere fila alla cassa(che evidentemente è dovuta all'ottimo servizio sulla vendita),specialmente nel week-end dove la gente per svagare invade i Centri Commerciali, e magari le attese possono essere un pò più lunghe, ma impegno,cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità non mancano!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe e mi sono arrivate diverse...ho fatto il reso a mie spese 21 euro che non mi sono mai stati restituiti anzi mi ha chiamato un numero internazionale dicendomi che erano quelli di JD sport che se gli do il numero di carta fanno il rimborso del reso ed io ho risposto che non gli avrei dato nulla che il rimborso se lo possono tenere per mancia...quindi non conviene acquistare lì solo per le spese di reso...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avevo ordinato due tute per me che non sono mai arrivate (non nego di essermi un po infastidito di questa cosa) ma ho trovato il responsabile che ringrazio perchè mi ha accolto davvero con gentilezza e garbo trovandomi la migliore soluzione. Un ragazzo molto pacato che non mi ha fatto attendere nemmeno molto per risolvermi il problema e alla fine mi ha fatto comprare anche due felpe che sono caldissime e comode. Grazie al siciliano Gaetano, ritornerò ad acquistare sicuramente anche perchè i capi sono ottimi e si trovano delle belle offerte per le marche che ci sono.
