In una situazione analoga, capitatami in precedenza, non mi hanno fatto il cambio con lo scontrino cortesia perché il regalo veniva da Scalea, come dire che vale solo quando vogliono loro. Cosa peggiore è che quando ho scritto a Tally Weijl servizio clienti, dopo circa un mese mi hanno chiesto ulteriori informazioni e poi nulla. Tre mesi dopo mi hanno scritto una mail per sapere cosa ne pensassi di Tally Weijl e del loro servizio ... evito di raccontarvi la risposta. Comprate solo se non dovete portarlo altrove lo scontrino (S)cortesia potrebbe non valere. I only came in to change a gift that came from the Reggio Calabria shop because I no longer set foot in that shop. In a similar situation, happened to me earlier, they did not change me with the courtesy receipt because the gift came from Scalea, as if to say that it is valid only when they want them. Worst of all, when I wrote to Tally Weijl customer service, after about a month they asked me for more information and then nothing. Three months later they sent me an email to find out what I thought of Tally Weijl and their service ... I avoid telling you the answer. Buy only if you don't have to take it elsewhere the receipt (S) courtesy may not be valid.

Essere cordiali è una grande qualità ma di certo non vuol dire insistere opprimendo il cliente! 4 commesse? Tutte e 4 chiedevano in continuo “hai bisogno “ e io ogni secondo a ognuna di esse “no grazie me lo hanno già chiesto, se dovessi avere bisogno chiederei io”. The shop obviously sells beautiful things ... but the shop assistants are too insistent and annoying as soon as you enter. Being friendly is a great quality but it certainly does not mean insisting on oppressing the customer! 4 orders? All 4 continually asked "do you need" and every second to each of them "no thanks they have already asked me, if I should need I would ask".
