Dopo aver acquistato un giubotto per un regalo.di natale non andato bene x via della taglia chiamo in negozio per avere delle informazioni x un cambio taglia mi ha risposto la signora Rosi rivolgendosi con toni poco carini e molto scortesi e sopratutto offendedomi dicendo "che sono una pazza" solo perché chiedevo dell informazioni riguardante il cambio.
I clienti vanno trattati con garbo no con maleducazione e chiudere il cellulare in faccia
Assolutamente non comprerò mai piu nulla..
