Circa 3-5 minuti dall' ospedale Gemelli (a piedi). The sisters are gentilssime, the place is simple, but clean and fragrant !!!! Good price. Nice, large and well-kept garden with playground and parking. Approximately 3-5 minutes from the Gemelli hospital (on foot).

Lo consiglio a chi dovesse recarsi al Gemelli e pernottare nelle vicinanze. L'ospedale è a pochi passi. The sisters are very kind and helpful, the rooms are simple and clean, the bathrooms have everything you need, there is the wifi network and the place to park the car. I recommend it to those who should go to Gemelli and stay overnight nearby. The hospital is within walking distance.
m	manet monet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per niente pulito... Nella stanza e nel bagno c'erano le "cellette" di animali di non si sa che tipo.. Il bagno poi non credo sia mai stato pulito! Ruggine, calcare, polvere e sporcizia ovunque... Impossibile usare la doccia: l'acqua usciva solo da un rubinetto posto nella parte inferiore, ad indicare forse che un tempo li c'era una vasca. L'altro rubinetto posto in alto era ossidato. Purtroppo anche nella stanza la situazione non era migliore. Copriletto e lenzuola saranno mai stati lavati/cambiati? C'erano pure capelli di altre persone nel letto...Tutta la notte passata in bianco, con un prurito addosso infernale per via della polvere. Prenotando all'ultimo minuto purtroppo le suore vicino l'hotel desiderio erano già piene e dovendo arrivare la malttina molto presto al Policlinico Gemelli, era l'unico posto libero in cui soggiornare nelle vicinanze (queste suore sono un po' più lontante tra l'altro, circa 10/12 min a piedi circa). Peccato per l'esperienza negativa. Ma per fortuna essendo il Carrefour aperto fino a tarda sera, é stato possibile acquistare dei detersivi per potersi almeno lavarsi le mani in un luogo un po' più decente. Not clean at all ... All night spent in white, with a hellish itch from the dust. By booking at the last minute unfortunately the nuns near the desire hotel were already full and having to arrive the malttina very early at the Gemelli Hospital, it was the only free place to stay nearby (these nuns are a little further away between the other, about 10/12 minutes on foot). Shame about the bad experience. But luckily since the Carrefour was open until late in the evening, it was possible to buy detergents to be able to at least wash your hands in a slightly more decent place.

La residenza è molto vicina al Gemelli hanno il parcheggio interno che conviene molto ma devo dire che la pulizia delle camere lascia molto molto a desiderare. Ho soggiornato 6 giorni e nonostante venissero a pulire ogni giorno puntualmente trovavo una infinitá di peli e capelli non miei sul pavimento e soprattutto nel bagno vicino ai sanitari e nella doccia. Spero che le dirette interessate leggano e provvedano a rimproverare le signore che vanno a fare le pulizie quotidiane. I paid 32 € for a single room. The residence is very close to Gemelli and they have an internal parking which is very convenient but I must say that the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. I stayed 6 days and although they came to clean every day punctually I found an infinity of hair and hair not mine on the floor and especially in the bathroom near the sanitary ware and in the shower. I hope that those directly interested will read and scold the ladies who go to do the daily cleaning.
