M	Marianna Compagnone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta senza parole perché in questo albergo,proprio durante i giorni più difficili,non ho ricevuto un minimo di comprensione.Non mi riferisco all'aspetto economico ma a qualcosa che ha molto più valore....allo spirito di bontà ed umanità che dovrebbero esserci nei giorni di preoccupazione e dolore.Tenendo presente che in queste strutture,generalmente,si alloggia per assistere i pazienti dell'ospedale e non per un soggiorno di piacere. I was speechless because in this hotel, during the most difficult days, I did not receive a minimum of understanding.I am not referring to the economic aspect but to something that has much more value .... to the spirit of goodness and humanity that they should be on days of worry and pain, bearing in mind that in these facilities, generally, you are staying to assist patients in the hospital and not for a leisure stay.

La notte siamo dovuti correre in ospedale e poiché il cancello era chiuso abbiamo dovuto chiamare. Il giorno dopo si è lamentata perché era stata svegliata. Le abbiamo spiegato le motivazioni la sua risposta è stata che lei la notte non é più riuscita a dormire. Se questo vi sembra il comportamento di una donna di chiesa ? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The nun assigned to the concierge does not know the word humanity. At night we had to run to the hospital and since the gate was closed we had to call. The next day she complained that she had been awakened. We explained the reasons why her response was that she was unable to sleep at night. If this seems to you the behavior of a church woman?
T	Tiziana Di Matteo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato cordialità e pulizia. Adoro il giardino che è una piccola oasi dove potersi rifugiare a leggere un bel libro mentre puliscono le stanze. La cappella è molto ben tenuta e silenziosa per chi vuole raccogliersi in preghiera. Consiglio vivamente di usufruire dei pasti che offrono a un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I found friendliness and cleanliness. I love the garden which is a small oasis where you can take refuge reading a good book while cleaning the rooms. The chapel is very well kept and silent for those who want to gather in prayer. I highly recommend taking advantage of the meals that offer excellent value for money.
p	pucci girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pernottato presso le suore del sacro cuore di fronte al policlinico gemelli il 28 luglio con i miei genitori per essere vicini all'ospedale e ci hanno dato una stanza tripla al terzo piano che era un vero forno crematorio senza aria condizionata. La stanza è spartana ma veramente abbiamo trascorso la nottata in bianco a 80 euro oltre tasse di soggiorno e senza colazione . Non lo consiglio per l'estate ma solo per pernotti invernali. Cinzia Avagliano I stayed overnight at the Sisters of the Sacred Heart in front of the twin polyclinic on July 28th with my parents to be close to the hospital and they gave us a triple room on the third floor which was a real crematorium without air conditioning. The room is spartan but we really spent the night in white at 80 euros plus tourist tax and without breakfast. I do not recommend it for the summer but only for winter nights. Cinzia Avagliano

Arrivare da Reggio Calabria e sentirti dire che la tua prenotazione non risulta, credo che anche loro ad una certa debbano andare in pensione, ad 80 anni non puoi prendere prenotazioni e lasciare la gente in strada. NON CI ANDATEEEEE!!!! After booking with an attached confirmation call the day before, the worst thing that can happen is ..... Arriving from Reggio Calabria and being told that your booking is not shown, I think that they too have to retire at some point, at 80 you can't take reservations and leave people on the street. DON'T GO THERE !!!!

Considerando che non è un soggiorno di piacere,i prezzi dovrebbero essere contenuti o addirittura offerti ( visto le ricchezze della chiesa) e invece ci siamo ritrovati a pagare un soggiorno intero solamente per esserci trattenuti qualche ora in più! È vergognoso! Alla faccia della misericordia!! Tra l'altro le stanze sono prive di climatizzatore e TV! The only convenience: the proximity of the polyclinic. Considering that it is not a pleasure stay, the prices should be low or even offered (given the riches of the church) and instead we found ourselves paying a full stay just for staying a few more hours! It is shameful! In the face of mercy !! Among other things, the rooms are without air conditioning and TV!
