Saremo sempre riconoscenti a Villa speranza e alle persone che ci mettono il cuore. Qualified and shrewd staff. Tengo a chiarire che negli ultimi 5 anni non abbiamo MAI preso in carico nessuna persona con quel cognome e trattandosi del padre di questa signor De Francesco avremmo dovuto trovarlo nei nostri archivi. In secondo luogo io mi chiamo Favari e non Fav ari. Terzo il personale di Villa Speranza è personale preparato ed altamente qualificato. Sono certo che la persona ha sicuramente commesso un errore volendo colpire me ha pensato di sputare sentenze su personale che non lo merita. Per il resto ci vedremo presto. Speriamo qualcuno intervenga non possiamo stare messi così male in Italia! Ci hanno trattati malissimo e tenuto lontano da mia madre in fin di vita senza darci la possibilità di ricevere spiegazioni! Scandalosi, non li raccomando a nessuno It was a very bad experience! Sono riuscita ad accompagnare mia madre solo grazie a loro. Svolgono un lavoro prezioso e sono persone veramente speciali.
