★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le Suore di Farfa appartengono all'Ordine delle 'Brigidine'. La conoscenza diretta - casuale - è scaturita da un passaggio offerto loro dalla stazione di Passo Corese. Grazie a questa casuale circostanza, è stato possibile conoscere 'da dentro' la cortesia e l'affabilità di queste religiose. Farfa è sul 'Cammino' che conduce a Roma, e le Suore Brigidine, oltre alla normale accoglienza non esitano ad ospitare quei pellegrini che, a piedi, da qui transitano per arrivare a Roma. La struttura del Convento ospita anche - su richiesta e a costi contenuti - chi volesse semplicemente pranzare. Uno shop esterno propone bei prodotti artigianali e rari manufatti provenienti dai loro paesi di origine, paesi asiatici o sud-americani. Il posto incantevole e la cura dei giardini esterni rende ancor di più gradevole l'incontro con queste 'semplici e sorridenti' suore.
The Sisters of Farfa belong to the Order of the 'Brigidines'. Direct knowledge - random - came from a passage offered to them by the Passo Corese station. Thanks to this casual circumstance, it was possible to know 'from within' the courtesy and affability of these religious. Farfa is on the 'Way' that leads to Rome, and the Brigidine Sisters, in addition to the normal reception do not hesitate to host those pilgrims who, on foot, from here pass through to arrive in Rome. The structure of the Convent also hosts - on request and at low cost - those who simply want to have lunch. An outdoor shop offers beautiful handmade products and rare artifacts from their countries of origin, Asian or South American countries. The enchanting place and the care of the external gardens makes the meeting with these 'simple and smiling' sisters even more pleasant.
