★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some bad reviews about this store and honestly don’t understand them. I rarely review shops but this time I had to do an exception. I visited the store today and despite COVID regulations requires only 30 people inside, and not having an appointment, I manage to get inside quickly with my wife. The sales assistant Matteo was really good, knowledgeable and polite. A service that honestly impressed me, really! Good job guys, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Tuesday night, around 21h00 and I was in Florence on a business trip.. when I received the news thay my aunt passed away and the funeral was the next day in Turin. Didn't have any proper attire for the funeral and was in a complete mess. I reached out to Luigi Scaglioni from SuitSupply Milano, via WhatsApp. First of all he replied immediately saying that he can arrange to open the store half hour to an hour earlier for me and he will make sure to have the tailor arrive one hour earlier as well. I take an early train to Milano Centrale and arrive at the shop at 9h15 to find Luigi himself (who was off that day but came especially to accomodate my emergency) , with prepared suits, shirts, ties , shoes, everything with my correct size. In less than 30 minutes I was out, with alterations done, on both waist and leg length of trousers. Everything was ironed to perfection. Not only that.. when I didn't find a shoe model to my liking, Luigi took me to a nearby store and made sure I found the comfort and model of shoes at the right budget. Thank you Luigi Scaglione.. you're a real pro.. And thank you Suitsupply for having this top quality of people not only products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice quality clothing and fairly priced, not too cheap and not too expensive. We, although had a bad experience when trying to have a custom suit ordered. We had initially been given a price, after we took all the measurements and went to the cash to pay, the price was 40% more. Surprised by this, once the manager came to talk to us, he told us how we misunderstood as to how ordering custom suits worked.
We absolutely did not misunderstand, they told us the price was 10% from the rack price. This absolutely disappointed us and ruined our shopping experience for all the other articles we ended up buying.

I booked an appointment to have a custom made suit. Based upon Google reviews, I chose Matteo and it turned out fantastic. He is highly skilled in the sartorial field, and was extremely patient with every single question and request I had.
The only downside was that due to Covid issues, not all fabrics are available. However, I'm sure the suit I commissioned will turn out marvelous.
