★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived excited to smell some new fragrances I haven't smelt with plan to purchase today. Unfortunately Gentleman working wasn't happy with me. Brushed me off for the female working to deal with. They seemed to not show much interest, despite me owning 30+ fragrances that they sell.
They get the second star because she tried a little bit towards me leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store have many lovely brands. Unfortunately the service is not the best and the people working there seems to be arrogant and very non customer centric. I have given the store a second chance but unfortunately the approach from the people there have been the same twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ certainly the best sorted perfumery in milan with a breathtaking amount of niche brands. unfortunately it seems that the client is undesired to have a go at them. if you want to take a sniff you are "escorted" downstairs (after getting a snooty glance), even passing a demarcating rope or something. all this is a very very unpleasant experience. plus the personnel does not give the impression that they are happy with you as a customer. if you know "exactly" what you want, maybe this is the place to go just to buy a fragrance. but for real fragrance lovers it is for the experience and the surprise moments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a wide selection of products and it is well located and it is also a beautiful shop. The staff however, is often not at all friendly and have a tendency to have a stuck up attitude, treating you with condescendence. This with special reference to the shampoo shop not the cosmetic one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been longing to visit this historical establishment. Yesterday I finally made a trip, to buy a brand which is hard to find anywhere else in Milan. No greeting as I entered, ok maybe they didn’t see me, I patiently waited, eagerly making eye contact with the ladies who are standing around minding their own business. About 5 minutes, I realized I need to be proactive. Luckily it’s a brand I have been using, and I did my homework, the lady behind the counter didn’t speak English nor she’s that interested to help me anyways. I grabbed the products, paid and made a dash out of the door, without a single Grazie or Buona giornata from anyone in the store, well at least they are consistent in customer experience. I will be very reluctant to come back, but it is very sad that such a beautiful place, a place of beauty and pampering, can leave a customer feel so unwelcome, and ignored. I do love a good beauty product but it’s not worth to the risk of such belittlement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is completely unexpected. Among largest ever besides not revealing, showing cozy lounge areas, pretty funny experience.
I’ve been lucky enough to get charming Antonio attending, walked me through their labyrinthine shop (featuring from beauty products to some décor selection and even a spa) helped me discovering best brands of artisanal perfume essences.
He’s impressed me figuring out accurately my inner smell of skin, then presenting a solid number of essences matching that and my personal taste. I might have bought them all.
I strongly suggest visiting. Takes time browsing but it’s inspiring, a trip within the trip when in Milan.
