★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con questi tizi poco raccomandabili. Hanno mandato un tizio della loro società a farmi il contratto e mi ha prelevato 250 euro contanti come deposito cauzionale e poi si è rivelato che questi sono non sono mai stati versati per mio conto. La Sudgas ha rifiutato di stornarmi le bollette da questo deposito e mi ha emesso una ricevuta con il versamento di questo deposito cauzionale. Dopodichè risentiti mi hanno staccato letteralmente il contatore senza alcun preavviso e senza alcun motivo dicendomi che mi avrebbero restituito il deposito cauzionale. A tutt'oggi (sono passati 4 mesi) ancora aspetto e non rispondono ad alcuna mail di sollecito. Per quello che mi riguarda sono dei pezzenti (oltre che truffatori e permalosi). Ps= i costi del gpl è tra i più alti del mercato evitateli che risparmierete.
Very bad experience with these dreadful guys. They sent a guy from their company to make me the contract and he took me 250 euros cash as a security deposit and then it turned out that these were never paid on my behalf. The Sudgas refused to divert the bills from this deposit and issued a receipt with the payment of this security deposit. Then resentfully they literally unplugged the meter to me without any warning and for no reason telling me that they would return my security deposit. To this day (4 months have passed) I am still waiting and do not respond to any email reminder. As far as I'm concerned they are beggars (besides being scammers and touchy). Ps = the costs of LPG is among the highest in the market, avoid them that you will save.
