Se entro alle 17.10, tu fino alle 17.30 che hai la chiusura, lavori, invece stava candidamente spolverando... E ho chiesto semplicemente un aiuto a compilare un modulo pre-stampato, non oso immaginare un qualsiasi altro "impegno" maggiore. Un consiglio, faccia altro. Really low attitude to the public. G	Gianluca Croce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche settimana fa mi sono recato in questo store per cambiare il tipo contratto di fornitura del gas Eni, dopo essermi confrontato con il Contact Center di Eni. Non mi ricordavo il nome del tipo contratto consigliato dal Contact Center di Eni e quando ho chiesto maggiori info allo store, mi hanno risposto che si trattava del contratto che mi stavano proponendo. L’unica cosa che subito non coincideva era il pagamento di un’assicurazione annua. Ho fatto subito notare allo store che il Contact Center Eni non mi aveva parlato di questa assicurazione e lo store mi ha risposto che molte volte i Contact Center non dicono completamente tutti i dettagli dell’offerta. Ho sottoscritto il contatto fidandomi del collaboratore dello store. Dopo qualche ora ricontattando il Contact Center Eni, mi informavano che il contratto sottoscritto era uno dei diversi contratti che loro offrono e della tipologia sottoscritta esiste anche quella senza assicurazione. Ho perso poi diverse ore al telefono per annullare sia il contratto Eni, che quello assicurativo sottoscritti allo store. Conclusione: collaboratore store Eni non trasparente e tendente ai propri interessi. Sconsiglio consulenza! I immediately pointed out to the store that the Eni Contact Center had not told me about this insurance and the store replied that many times the Contact Centers do not completely say all the details of the offer. I signed the contact trusting the store's collaborator. After a few hours contacting the Eni Contact Center, they informed me that the contract signed was one of the various contracts they offer and of the type signed there is also the one without insurance. I then lost several hours on the phone to cancel both the Eni contract and the insurance contract signed at the store. Conclusion: Eni store collaborator, not transparent and tending to one's interests. I do not recommend consulting!

Inoltre mi hanno proposto delle nuove tariffe con scontistica legata ad una assistenza con costo 5.50 mese, dove mi davano anche 30 euro sconto Fastweb e Sky in promozione. Inoltre 600 euro per riparazioni dovute al furto complimenti Eni complimenti agli operatori che spiegano tutto! Again returned to the store, always kind and courteous. Chiamando il servizio clienti ho risolto in 10 minuti, a saperlo in anticipo che l'operazione si poteva fare anche telefonicamente mi sarei risparmiata viaggi e fastidi. Sconsiglio vivamente di recarsi di persona. Wrong information. Little availability.
