Very bad experience. Chaotic and disorganized packers' team; bad packaging; objects arrived destroyed and crumbled. I have proof with extensive documentation!

Caotici in fase d'imballaggio; hanno imballato malissimo (oggetti in plastica o gomma avvolti in molteplici fogli e oggetti fragili ammucchiati e inevitabilmente arrivati rotti; hanno DIMENTICATO 2 valigie di roba costringendomi al pagamento maggiorato per portarla con me in aereo; quando mi sono giunte le cose a destinazione, MANCAVANO 58 COLLI!!!...non oggettini ma 58 scatoloni pieni di MIE COSE!!; molte delle cose sono giunte ROTTE, addio a ricordi di famiglia o macchine fotografiche. UN'ESPERIENZA DOLOROSAMENTE ALLUCINANTE!!! Bad choice! Chaotic in the packing phase; they packed very badly (plastic or rubber objects wrapped in multiple sheets and fragile objects piled up and inevitably arrived broken; they FORGOTTEN 2 suitcases of stuff forcing me to pay the increased payment to take it with me on the plane; when things arrived at their destination, they WERE MISSING 58 COLLI !!! ... not trinkets but 58 boxes full of MY THINGS !!; many of the things have come BROKEN, goodbye to family memories or cameras.

Se volete affidarvi a loro, poi non dite che non eravate stati avvertiti (io pure ci sono cascata) Very bad experience! From the packers (I can name each one of them), to the secretary (liar; I have the mails), to the 2 partners (incorrect at most !!!!). If you want to rely on them, then do not say that you were not warned (I also have a waterfall)

Li ho chiamati per il mio trasloco intercontinentale: in fase di imballaggio, sono stata pesantemente insultata da uno degli operai perche` gli avevo chiesto di togliere per primi i libri dalla libreria che avrei dovuto far portare via da chi l`aveva comprata, hanno lasciato molte cose in casa (me le sono dovuta portare da sola in aereo), rispondevano male perche` facevo notare il pessimo imballaggio delle cose e quando ho aperto i colli arrivati a destinazione ho constatato la rottura di molti oggetti, l`imballo inesistente per molti oggetti fragili (messi tutti assieme alla rinfusa) e buona parte delle cose che avevano inscatolato mancavano. Contattati dal mio avvocato in Italia, non hanno ancora risposto. Dovra` partire una denuncia per appropriazione indebita e risarcimento danni? Bad moving company. I called them for my intercontinental move: during the packing phase, I was heavily insulted by one of the workers because I asked him to be the first to remove the books from the library that I should have taken away from those who had bought it, they left many things in the house (I had to bring them myself on the plane), they responded badly because I pointed out the bad packaging of things and when I opened the packages arrived at their destination I found the breakage of many objects, the non-existent packaging for many fragile objects (all put together in bulk) and most of the things they had boxed were missing. Contacted by my lawyer in Italy, they have not yet responded. Will a complaint be filed for embezzlement and damages?
