È inoltre assolutamente sconcertante che sia del tutto impossibile mettersi in contatto con questa sorta di associazione a delinquere: non c’è un call center, non ci sono uffici aperti al pubblico, nemmeno un indirizzo email. I loro tecnici chiamano usando un numero sconosciuto. Sporgerò denuncia. Criminali!
 Total incompetence and bad faith. It is also absolutely disconcerting that it is completely impossible to get in touch with this sort of criminal association: there is no call center, there are no offices open to the public, not even an email address. Their technicians call using an unknown number. I will file a complaint. Criminals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sino ad oggi sono ben 9 gli appuntamenti mancati.
Eni mi ha consigliato di aspettarli addirittura al contantore, che dista 10m dalla mia abitazione. L'appuntamento dato era schedulato nella fascia oraria tra le 10 e le 12. Ho atteso al contatore, sulla strada, dalle 9.30 alle 13.30. Alle mie rimostranze per il mancato loro intervento mi sono sentita rispondere CLIENTE SCONOSCIUTO. Ho inviato 2 per all'Eni gas e luce e altrettante 2 pec di reclamo al garante ARERA senza riceverne risposta.
Per essere presente agli appuntamenti stabiliti ovviamente secondo LORO disponibilità e non concordati, ho preso ferie, permessi, chiuso lo studio.
Mi rivolgo ora ad ITALGAS: Non è affatto un bel biglietto da visita il vostro. l'impressione è che il senso di responsabilità e credibilità sia praticamente nullo.
Up to now there have been 9 missed appointments.
Eni advised me to even wait for them at the counter, which is 10m from my home. The appointment was scheduled in the time slot between 10 and 12. I waited at the counter, on the street, from 9.30 to 13.30. I heard an UNKNOWN CUSTOMER answer to my complaints for their failure to intervene. I sent 2 gas and electricity to Eni and the same 2 pec of complaint to the guarantor ARERA without receiving a reply.
To be present at the appointments established obviously according to THEIR availability and not agreed upon, I took holidays, leaves, closed the studio.
I now turn to ITALGAS: Yours is not a good business card at all. the impression is that the sense of responsibility and credibility is practically nil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per una fiera di elettronica robot ecc. no non ci tornerei mai più un ora per trovare parcheggio. Il luogo post industriale non è male ma no a Roma ci sono altri 1000 posti più adatti.
I went for a robot electronics fair etc. no I would never go back an hour to find parking. The post-industrial place is not bad but no in Rome there are 1000 other more suitable places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pity the area around the old gasometer that could be better exploited and managed as tourist attraction seems forgotten like most other areas of Rome. Only the so-called Cobra bridge saves the situation a bit.
