Una torta per un quarantesimo compleanno, da portare per una festa già programmata, prenotata tre giorni prima, all'atto del ritiro nel giorno e all'ora stabilita, non è stata consegnata con giustificazioni aleatorie ed infantili da parte del personale sopra citato. L' inaffidabilita' del gestore inficia senza dubbio la qualità dei prodotti che non abbiamo avuto ne' il piacere ne' l'onore di assaggiare. Per non parlare del danno subito dalla sottoscritta alle 11.00 del giorno di ferragosto. Mi riferisco a quello che in gergo viene definito "bidone", "tappo", "sola". In più avevo chiesto per un bambino di 10 mesi Un cono il più piccolo possibile giusto per farlo assaggiare che di solito in altre gelaterie mi fanno con €1 / €1,50 e qui l'unica risposta è stata che il più piccolo avevano erano solo quello di €2,50. Sito nel centralissimo Corso Oceano Atlantico di Casuzze, frazione Marinara a pochi passi da Marina di Ragusa. Appena entri ti rendi subito conto della pulizia e cortesia dei dipendenti! Entri e sei subito accolto con un sorriso, molto bello e noti subito il bancone dei dolci e dei gelati che è veramente specchiato, Ho avuto modo di assaggiare i gelati, i dolci e le brioches per la colazione mattutina, che sono molto buoni. Ho acquistato anche una torta mousse Ricotta e pera e devo ammettere di non avere mai fatto scelta migliore. Non ho mai mangiato una torta così, bella da vedere ma soprattutto buonissima, leggero strato di pan di spagna soffice, farcito con un doppio strato di ricotta e pera.. Superlativa! Bravi bravi!!! E poi vogliamo mettere la simpatia e la cortesia del personale? Faccio i complimenti al titolare Simone ed alle ragazze che ti servono che sono sempre molto gentili, cordiali e molto professionali!
