★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti squisiti, attenzione alla materia prima e cura della presentazione. Questa piccola pasticceria sforna sempre grandi soddisfazioni. Immancabile, ormai, è per me il panettone con lievito madre, che per quest'anno ho chiesto di farcire con crema pasticcera all'arancia e al cioccolato (l'anno scorso con crema pasticcera al pistacchio). Delizioso dopo una leggera scaldata in microonde per far sciogliere il cioccolato, come consigliato dal pasticcere Davide per esaltarne il gusto.
Exquisite products, attention to raw materials and attention to presentation. This small pastry always produces great satisfactions. By now, for me the panettone with sourdough is inevitable, which for this year I asked to fill with orange and chocolate custard (last year with pistachio custard). Delicious after lightly heated in the microwave to melt the chocolate, as recommended by the pastry chef Davide to enhance its taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *Pasticceria BASILE* ... È tornare bambino: la squisita accoglienza di profumi familiari di cose dolci perdute nella memoria di quando estasiato ammiravo il Maestro del mio paese creare prelibate licchitá (i.e. leccornie).
Cassate per Silvia e Fabiola... hanno gradito assai!!! Paste di mandorle per Gabriella e Claudia, che invece... hanno gradito pure!!!
Dolce Pasqua ?
* Pastry BASILE * ... It's back to being a child: the exquisite welcome of familiar scents of sweet things lost in the memory of when I was ecstatic and admired the Master of my country creating delicious licchitá (i.e. delicacies).
Cassate for Silvia and Fabiola ... they liked it very much !!! Almond pastes for Gabriella and Claudia, who, on the other hand ... they liked it too !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this wonderful place a couple years ago during my trip to Sicily and people here welcomed me warmly. And their pastries are heavenly especially cannoli and cookies. I purchased this time as a gift for my friend’s birthday. They helped me out with surprise my friend and she was shocked how good their pastries are. As a gift, or for yourself, you never regret. Highly recommended.
