★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biscottificio? forse, soprattutto prodotti genuini incontaminati e Km. 0, Uno dei pochi posti dove si possono trovare i dolci della tradizione Modicana fatti come una volta. Si parla di ingredienti naturalmente, i biscotti di mandorla sono di "Mandorla" e non con percentuali esose di farina, le uova per la produzione dei dolci "freschissimi", i limoni appena raccolti e tutto così di seguito. La cura direi quasi maniacale nella preparazione dei prodotti fa si che la qualità ne tragga un notevole vantaggio. Se vi trovate a Modica provate a passare non ve ne pentirete.
