Quetzal è una bottega equosolidalle, un laboratorio in cui si produce un cioccolato di Modica ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista (qualità e naturalità degli ingredienti, impronta ecologica, equità). Ma Quetzal è anche un pezzettino di mondo bellissimo, che tesse progetti belli, validi e "rivoluzionari" con il resto del mondo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da una antica ricetta si continua a fare il cioccolato come una volta molto buono e dolce al punto giusto in quanto lo zucchero non si scioglie e resta a granelli questa è una particolarità non da poco per sentire tutti i sapori molto distinti. IL laboratorio è collocato sul corso Umberto quindi facilmente raggiungibile
