Personale gentile e disponibile , io ho trovato chiuso il punto vendita. Ma nelle mie vecchie visite a Modica ho comprato la cioccolata! Acquistata anche in noti supermercati di Palermo . Fate una visita , rimarrete contenti della bontà di questa cioccolata! Simply a bite-sized dark chocolate! Modica chocolate to choose from in the various flavors present, many and all good. Friendly and helpful staff, I found the store closed. But in my old visits to Modica I bought chocolate! Also purchased in well-known supermarkets in Palermo. E dev'essere buono allora, anche se "la granulosità della texture - che non so cosa sia-..."; come la "lavorazione che non prevede il concaggio e il temperaggio", e dal 1935 "fave di cacao piene di contenuti salutistici": insomma, a parte queste indicazioni che paiono più appartenere a un 'Bugiardino' di qualche pillola, però è buono questo cioccolato "granuloso", strano, ma buono, che mi sono deciso a provare oggi (acquistato a Modica a fine giugno). Tutto bello e complimenti, ma da profano rimango sul Toblerone. Perdonatemi. "Gluten free, no lecithin, no added fats". Sounds good. And it must be good then, even if "the graininess of the texture - which I don't know what it is - ..."; such as the "processing that does not include conching and tempering", and since 1935 "cocoa beans full of healthy contents": in short, apart from these indications that seem more to belong to a 'Leaflet' than a few pills, however this is good "grainy" chocolate, strange, but good, which I decided to try today (bought in Modica at the end of June).
