porto 4 vecchie bici per riparare qualche ruota scoppia e regolare i freni. Non chiedo un preventivo perché l'anno prima avevo pagato sempre per le stesse biciclette 15 euro ciascuna e anche se fosse stato qualcosa in più mi andava bene lo stesso. Solo che al ritiro mi spara € 220!!!!(€55 a bici!!!!!) ...che ho regolarmente pagato mettendoci ovviamente una croce sopra! Avrei quanto meno gradito una telefonata con la quale mi chiedesse se ero disposta a pagare una tale cifra per 4 vecchie bbiciclette arruginite, che rimangono sempre 4 vecchie biciclette anche do aver speso 220 euro!
Mi sono sentita fregata.

I take 4 old bikes to fix some blown wheels and adjust the brakes. I do not ask for a quote because the year before I had always paid 15 euros each for the same bikes and even if it was something more I was fine with it. Except that at the withdrawal he shoots me € 220 !!!! (€ 55 per bike !!!!!) ... which I regularly paid by obviously putting a cross on it! At least I would have appreciated a phone call asking me if I was willing to pay that much for 4 rusty old bicycles, which still remain 4 old bicycles even after spending 220 euros!
I felt screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called 8 days before arrive to Sicily and the guy on the phone promised that were large choice of bikes. Once I arrived there they assumed that I was another customer ( they realised that just because I refused to pay the amount), also they had only one bike to give.
Once they figured out I was another customer they had another bike to give, after they said they had only one bike, however only one choice!
The service was handled so badly!
The stuff looked all over the place and poor organised, the guy who was "helping" me wasn't helpful but trying to show off his knowledge.
Unfortunately, a poor customer service can bring only poor feedbacks.
