u	umberto galli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avere acquistato l'auto presso di loro, ho avuto un problema durante il viaggio di ritorno. Li ho contattati e si sono dispiaciuti del problema ma nulla di più. Mi sono dovuto sobbarcare i costi di ripristino per il ritorno a casa. Posso essere d'accordo sul fatto che l'auto avesse diversi anni alle spalle ma quello che mi è successo (ventola raffreddamento non funzionante con conseguente fuoriuscita di acqua rugginosa dalla vaschetta e rischio di cottura del motore) è sintomo di superficialità. Io credo che un bravo venditore debba sincerarsi personalmente delle condizioni generali del mezzo senza fidarsi troppo del proprietario che gli affida l'auto in vendita. Ne va della sua credibilità. In sostanza l'auto non è stata controllata per nulla prima della consegna. In ultimo mi accorgo di una cosa gravissima, la revisione era scaduta da un anno e mi è andata bene che non sono incappato nelle forze dell'ordine! Non si sono preoccupati nemmeno di questo. Della serie...prendi i soldi e scappa! After purchasing the car with them, I had a problem during the return trip. I contacted them and they are sorry the problem but nothing more. I had to pay the costs for the return home. I can agree on the fact that the car had several years behind it but what happened to me (non-functioning cooling fan with consequent leakage of rusty water from the tank and risk of engine cooking) is a symptom of superficiality. I believe that a good salesman should personally satisfy himself of the general conditions of the vehicle without relying too much on the owner who entrusts him with the car for sale. Its credibility is at stake. In essence, the car was not checked for nothing before delivery. Finally I notice a very serious thing, the revision had expired for a year and it went well that I didn't run into the police! They didn't even bother about that. From the series ... take the money and run!

Dopo alcune opzioni valutate, mi propone auto “giusta” di sua spontanea volontà, mi manda foto e dettagli, ci sentiamo, e ricevute tutte le informazioni del caso mi convince e mi convinco. Decido che è l’auto giusta, vista la distanza ho bisogno di un giorno o due per organizzarmi ed andarla a vedere. Mi chiede un acconto, per fare tutto come si deve, acconsento e lo verso. 3 ore dopo mi chiamano dicendo che l’auto non è più in vendita perché il cliente “ha cambiato idea”. Tutto può succedere nella vita, ma da commerciante a commerciante devo dire che non esiste che uno venda la pelle dell’orso senza averlo catturato. Siamo all’ABC. Acconto prontamente ridato (sui buoni modi non discuto) ma saluti freddi e cala il sipario. Esperienza purtroppo negativa. Ps: ho poi scoperto auto è stata radiata per export pochi giorni dopo: quindi pure preso in giro. Deposit promptly returned (on the good ways I do not discuss) but cold greetings and the curtain falls. Unfortunately negative experience. Ps: I then discovered the car was canceled for export a few days later: therefore also made fun of.
